Excellent salesman; finance/money guy not so much Recently bought a pre-owned Jeep Grand Cherokee. My salesman was Larry Broderick. Class act---very honest and has come through on all his promises. This would be a 5 star rating if grading Larry alone. I am not a fan of the money/finance guy. He proceeded to insult me for buying a Jeep, suggesting that I will have more of a need for the extended warranty since my car "is a Jeep and is very expensive to maintain, unlike Lexus and Toyota." Also, when I came back to pay my balance, he somehow had to let me know that he would have been home at 3:30 that afternoon had it not been for my appointment (5:00 pm). ?? More
