Amazing Car Buying Experience - See Tracy Zhao I was unexpectedly in the market for a new vehicle and randomly went into the Herb Chambers Lexus dealership in Sharon. From the moment, I walked int I was unexpectedly in the market for a new vehicle and randomly went into the Herb Chambers Lexus dealership in Sharon. From the moment, I walked into the dealership I was greeted with a smile and promptly asked how I could be helped, which triggered a prompt to call Sales Associate Tracy Zhao. Tracy was unlike any other car sales person I have ever dealt with. Her knowledge on the suite of Lexus products was astonishing. What I truly appreciated, however, was the fact that she never once tried to sell me any vehicle, but actually listened to what I was asking for and suggested several options, to which she even helped to narrow down to the exact vehicle of my choice. She further uncovered THE ideal car (aesthetically and from a price standpoint) not by insisting I check out various products, but by asking very direct questions which she could narrow down to only 1 car left on their lot. She was, however, willing to search for a vehicle if they didn’t have the exact combination I was seeking. Even though she had found the perfect vehicle for me, and I needed a new car, I told her I wasn’t going to make a purchase today. I appreciated the fact that there was no pressure to sit there going back and forth on pricing or leaving a down payment to hold the car, or any of those typical car sales tactics. I simply got an, “ok please feel free to call me when you have made your decision.” She was absolutely understanding to me as a potential buyer, and treated me as a person not solely as dollar signs! Taking all of that into consideration, later that day I was perfectly at ease when I called back to purchase my new vehicle. My experience working with Tracy was a 10/10. I fully appreciate the fact that I didn’t have to waste a whole day, haggling back and forth about pricing and test driving multiple vehicles, which is usually the case with unknowledgeable associates. Her pleasant and genuine nature, combined with her knowledge and willingness to help was absolutely stellar. More

I visited this dealership from southern Rhode First off, for the record, this is a genuine review of my experience at Herb Chambers Lexus of Sharon. I visited this dealership from southern Rhode Island back in October to view a specific new to me non Lexus 2014 Toyota Hybrid Avalon. I made an appointment to view the vehicle, just to be sure it was there when I arrived. I met with my sales associate, Edward Simpson, who had the car ready and waiting for my test drive. The car was just as he described if not better. The detail department at this dealership is second to non. I was not familiar with the Herb Chambers pricing policy being priced as stickered, and the car was a little more than I wanted to spend due to ultra low millage, so I passed. Edward said he would keep an eye out for me and a month later We tracked down another similar Hybrid Avalon which was in the Herb chambers family of dealerships (Herb Chambers of Hingham). The car was priced fairly, and I am a $ and cents guy/shopper. Ed brought me to Hingham for the test drive and again the car exceeded my expectations. The purchase process was smooth and painless. Edward came in on his day off and had the car again detailed and registered in Rhode Island. His effort exceeded my expectations both professionally and as a gentleman. I love the car and would recommend the dealership and Edward. Matter of fact I did just that to my parents who a month later worked with Edward on their purchase of a Lexus 350. I purchased a 2016 Lexus ES35 My experience at Herb Chambers Lexus of Sharon was excellent. Both Johnny Saghbini and Jose Oliveria were outstanding! I purchased a 2016 Lexus ES350, and got a very fair price on the Lexus I was trading-in. Johnny and Jose made the process easy throughout each step. They immediately returned my calls, and had the car ready on time when I came in to pick it up. They were very helpful in answering a couple of technical questions I had related to personal set-up.....couldn't be happier with their customer service, and confident that any referrals I send their way will be treated in the same manner that I was.
