Better yet the salesman, who doesn’t even listen to anything you say and ignores all the questions you ask! Well that’s exactly how my car buying experience was going on a rainy Saturday morning. I was so fed up with all the malarkey I went home convinced now was not the time to buy. My sister persuaded me to try the Herb Chambers Lexus dealership in Sharon. So I went… and I’m so glad that I did! I was introduced to Hung Truong, he was so personable and friendly that I immediately felt comfortable. He was very informative and patiently answered all my questions, but most of all he LISTENED to what I was looking for in a car. Customers be aware! Thieves! They call their customers "guests" but don't hesitate to get into their "guests" pockets and take as much as they possibly can. The sales per Thieves! The sales person lied to me and convinced me that if I lease a car from them, the lease will expire as soon as I reach 60,000 miles; "this dealership is different, we don't look at the years of lease, we look at miles." Oh, it's different alright. I made sure I told them I drive a lot (about 30K/year) and was very hesitant to go ahead, but he was very assuring: "don't worry, as soon as you get close to 60K on the odometer, the lease is over. We do it all the time." The financial clerk echoed him... Lie!!!! Now, with two more years left on the lease and maxed out miles, I am facing a horrible loss of thousands of dollars, doesn't matter which option I take. Their sales manager couldn't care less when I reviewed those options with him... they got their money, why would they care? More
