I had been referred thru Perks at Work while looking for a very specific used car, and fro I worked with Nick Pacheco on the Herb Chambers Lexus team. I had been referred thru Perks at Work while looking for a very specific used car, and from the moment I came in to the dealership to the moment I drove away, it was the most relaxed, no-upsell and straight-forward buying experience I've ever had. The SMART price on the used car was close to 1200 below the Kelly Blue Book, so there was no need for negotiation. Nick was always professional, courteous and available and worked hard to get my temp plates even though im out of state. The dealership itself is low pressure, you dont get the "sharks smelling blood in the water" sense you do at others. I have another car I'll be buying the next two years and the first place I'll head to is nick and the team at Herb Chambers... highly recommended! More
