When I arrived, I was immediately approached and checked in. My service advisor, Jonathan Seekin reviewed my needs. I set up my appointment to “wait”. Jonathan provided excellent customer service. John Y in. My service advisor, Jonathan Seekin reviewed my needs. I set up my appointment to “wait”. Jonathan provided excellent customer service. John Yee was also another associate that provided excellent customer service. He setup my Bluetooth for my new cell phone and provided me with additional helpful hints for use with my Lexus. At this time, I would like to comment. Please bring back the free car wash. This is what the highest level of customer service is all about! More

I brought my vehicle to Herb Chambers in Hingham for a remote starter to be installed The service was exceptional.
