I own 3 Lexus vehicles and currently have two of them being serviced at the Hingham place. Spotty service turned to bad service. I can’t even get the service adviser to return my calls about warranty wor being serviced at the Hingham place. Spotty service turned to bad service. I bought the Lexus brand to not have to deal snake oil service advisors however I was wrong. Now I am forced to service my vehicles to an out of state Lexus dealer 45 miles way in order to get decent service. More

I had an appointment on Tuesday at 8 AM at Lexus of Hingham. Cheryl Springst was very helpful in explaining the cost of four new tires and the associated with mounting and balancing. Upon reviewing the bill that evening I was charged TWICE as much as she had quoted me during our discussion. When I called back on Wednesday morning I was told she was off that day. When I called back at 9:30 AM today I was told she no longer worked at Lexus. I then spoke to Eric who basically told me the information given to me by Cheryl on Tuesday: " Was a miscommunication." I am extremely disappointed with the answers provided to me by the service department and will consider other options for service to both of our Lexus vehicles in the future. I was overcharged approximately $170.00 and question the integrity of the location. More
