We have been HC customers for ten years. Most recently we had our 5k service on our new RX. From the minute we arrived to the minute we left, it was the associates who work at the Hingham st Most recently we had our 5k service on our new RX. From the minute we arrived to the minute we left, it was the associates who work at the Hingham store that performed flawlessly. Talisa, a new service advisor was excellent. Tom Mc who is our normal advisor had not yet arrived and has helped us for the past ten years and every visit has been outstanding. I saw Marcus K the Sales Mgr who has sold us several vehicles asking if every thing was ok with the car and proceeded ask how my family was and asking by family members names how they all were doing. We shop and service at HC in Hingham because of the team that works there. Patrick the General Sales Mgr runs a very good operation. Thank you More
