Lexus Hingham mass service department has kept my best interest in mind, tested the battery thoroughly and identified the root cause might have likely be related to a local auto store incorrectly put the interest in mind, tested the battery thoroughly and identified the root cause might have likely be related to a local auto store incorrectly put the new battery on the remote fob in the wrong “zone”, thus causing my fob unable to communicate with car; so instead of several hundred $$ to get a much needed battery, they saved me the $$ for holiday shopping!
