I am responding as my wife is still angry with the whole experience. I actually own the car having purchased it due to my wife’s high esteem for the Toyota / Lexus brand. I don’t want to restate the instances referred to in her review but a giveaway illustrating the situation is a follow up email from the rep stating well the car is over 10 years old. I guess a Lexus used for less than 6 months a year with < 70K miles is obsolete in her mind. I somehow don’t think this is a good advertisement for the brand. If she was smart she should have hooked us up with a salesman to suggest a new car. I am not sure there is a resolution to the sour taste left by the whole experience. However your follow up was much appreciated.

I was in the market for a new car and looking at the new rx 350 but given your abysmal service recently with my nx and in the past I traded the Lexus NX for an Audi last week so the services are no longer needed.
