The service to my car was great and I appreciated the concierge service. However, at the last minute someone from the dealership called me and told me I owed them another $8.00 for gas. I had driven the concierge service. However, at the last minute someone from the dealership called me and told me I owed them another $8.00 for gas. I had driven the car exactly 6 miles. Even at $4.00 per gallon, that would have paid for approximately 40 miles of travel. I expressed my dissatisfaction and the charge was removed. But it never should have been applied in the firstborn place. More
