I am a long time Lexus owner who has used Sharon for service and had Ricky Medeiros as my service contact. I live in norwell and when you opened Lexus of norwell it was great. Even better you selected R service and had Ricky Medeiros as my service contact. I live in norwell and when you opened Lexus of norwell it was great. Even better you selected Ricky to be service director, who was the best I ever worked with at Sharon. He has done a masterful job at getting Norwell up and running smoothly. Kim Cummings is my service manager and she has been outstanding when I bring my Lexus in for service. They take the time to explain exactly what's being done and why. I feel they have my best interests at heart. A special thanks also to Mike hourihan, who discovered a repair recommended by Sharon was wrong and figured out the correct solution and saved me money.
