She asked how far away I lived and I told her about 10 minutes and she said would you like to come in now? I was delighted and she had me in and out in an hour, not the scheduled 90minutes for oil change and tire rotation. Very, very, accomodating and with the service hours till seven it makes it convenient. More

Kim Cummings is my service manager and she has been outstanding when I bring my Lexus in for service. They take the time to explain exactly what's being done and why. I feel they have my best interests at heart. A special thanks also to Mike hourihan, who discovered a repair recommended by Sharon was wrong and figured out the correct solution and saved me money.
