This is my first time at Herb Chambers Lexus. I had the pleasure to talk to Tom my service advisor. He was very courteous and knowledgeable about his product. He not only took care of the campaign the reca pleasure to talk to Tom my service advisor. He was very courteous and knowledgeable about his product. He not only took care of the campaign the recall on my vehicle but he also had a tech show me how to operate different things in my vehicle.
