I had a 2 pm appt. to have an oil change. My car was taken at 2 pm. After about 20 minutes, I was brought to go over some questions. Kevin was great at explaining everything. I called Lexus In highnam and was treated like a queen. I had hit a medium with granite and slashed both tires on the driver’s side.
