Talisa attention to detail was excellent , she was very polite and kept me posted on every step of the service . We had our car picked up and again Talisa called me on time driver left and the driver calle polite and kept me posted on every step of the service . The sales woman I worked with was wonderful, but after I agreed to buy the car, the follow up staff was pretty unhelpful. They got me the car I wanted and I appreciated no markup over MSRP, but beyond that agreed to buy the car, the follow up staff was pretty unhelpful. They got me the car I wanted and I appreciated no markup over MSRP, but beyond that I wouldn't buy from them again. If you do work with them and they tell you Vitor is going to send you something: follow up. He's not at all responsive or helpful after you agree to give them your money. His delays and the lack of follow through from the junior seller I was handed to ended up costing me time and money. More
