In addition, there was a significant dent in the left rear, which must have happened in a parking lot, when the car was parked, and I was shopping. Ryan worked hard on getting me the best price on fixing the damage and kept me closely informed on what would be involved in the repair, and when I could expect to get my car back. He was very respectful, courteous and concerned that I would be happy with the result. My car is now good as new and I am very happy :) More

Our desire to procure a certain Lexus, and a convenient location overcame our reluctance to enter the HC Lexus in Norwell. Our initial hesitations were rapidly overwhelmed by a professional, non-pushy, gracious and enjoyable relationship plus guidance from an obviously competent and enabled Sales Team that made the car purchase incredibly easy and fun. The Team of Donna LaRosa and Tarek Mirshak were straight up with information and delivered precisely what they promised. We were amazed at the convenience and the comfort of interacting with these folks. After receiving our car, brief return visits and interaction with Ryan Tierney and the Service personnel like Paula Tiburcio prove to us that this was no fluke ... they are all superb customer-relations experts; we are more that satisfied! Service and Purchasing of our new 2014 ES This is only the second time ever that I have written a review regarding service and purchasing a new vehicle. We have been going to Lexus of Norwell This is only the second time ever that I have written a review regarding service and purchasing a new vehicle. We have been going to Lexus of Norwell for the past year and one-half since moving back from Florida. Ricky Medeiros and his team of Paola Tiburcio and Tom Mc Cafferty are the reason we continue to have our cars serviced and most recently purchased a new ES at Lexus of Norwell. One simply just knows if the environment is right for them when they walk into a new store or in this case a car dealership. The friendly, polite and honest approach is alive and well in the Lexus Norwell sevice center. I casually asked Ricky if he could get me some idea of the value of our 2011 GS 350 while we were in for service. He introduced us to Rocco Saghbini the General Sales Mgr and within an hour or so, my wife and I had a deal on a new 2014 ES. Rocco's no hard sell approach was excellent. We then met Donna LaRosa the Sales Mgr and John Martinelli a sales representative who finished the transaction. All along the way each and every associate was very nice and went out of their way to be helpful. The last person we met was Tim Mullin the Business Mgr. Tim is a very friendly, smart and professional individual and represents the end business process extremely well. All of the above mentioned members of the Norwell Lexus team should be told how they handled our experience. Buying a new car is not in most cases the most enjoyable of times. This experience deserved and warranted the time spent to express our feelings. We strongly ascribe to the theory that if the someone does something well for you, one should acknowledge it. All to often it is only the negatives that are expressed. These folks represent the Norwell Lexus dealership with distinction and please let them know that we would in a heart beat recommend it to friends looking for a new car or honest service.
