Even when my lease wasn't quite close to the end, he proactively reached out to see if there was any interest. Amidst Covid, I wasn't ready to pull the trigger and waited. Couple months later, when I was ready, we reconnected and he was even able to track down the exact car I wanted in the color and with the options I needed when there was no more inventory. Kudos for the extra effort and short timeline. Very much appreciated as I know I can be quite the picky customer. Signing the paperwork was a breeze and he was able to take the old car off my hands immediately and he even switched over my plates. I literally hopped into the new car and drove away within an hour. As if that was not enough, he also connected with my insurance to get the updated registration to forward to me. And that is what I call seamless. Thanks again Marcus! Will see you in due time for my next Lexus! More

I am sure he wanted to leave early to get started on a long July 4th weekend but instead waited for the unknown woman coming in for a test drive. He brought me out to a beautiful car, assessed my knowledge level immediately by observing I had been driving a similar vehicle for years, and let me take a test drive. He was wonderfully attentive, but not pushy, friendly, but not fake.
