Excellent service I have purchased several cars from Kia Burlington and have now used their servce center several times over the last week and it was excellent. Everyt I have purchased several cars from Kia Burlington and have now used their servce center several times over the last week and it was excellent. Everything was fixed and the prices are very reasonable. I had an issue with one car and needed it fixed quickly. They rushed my in and out in about 30 minutes, and I was able to make my appointments for the afternoon. I would highly recommend them for service! More

From my past, I had a horrible experience purchasing a car. I went to get my car fixed and I was interested in looking at new cars. Julian Aguirre was so helpful, he took the time to sit with me, talk about a new car and listen to how I had an awful experience with my last car. He was so generous, he got right to work and asked what I was looking for. I told him I like the Kia Sorento’s but I knew it would be out of my budget. He said “ Don’t worry, I’ll try and get you the best deal.” Later that day, he pulled up a 2015-Kia Sorento and I instantly fell in love! He gave me an awesome price and all I had to do was sign the papers. I got my new car on June 17, 2014. Julian made this process quick, easy, and fun for me. He took care of everything else! Also, he made sure I know how to work the navigation system and all the extra accessories before I left. Julian worked so hard and I appreciate all of his help. Above and Beyond My car was in for an oil change and simonized. My ride back and forth to the dealership could not make it so Tom Odonnell offered to ride me ride me My car was in for an oil change and simonized. My ride back and forth to the dealership could not make it so Tom Odonnell offered to ride me ride me home and when the car was done I called him and he came to pick me up. I don't know what other salesman would do that. Once he sells you a car that's it for him, but not Tom . I bought my car 2 years ago and he treats me like I just bought it. Can not Thank Tom enough for what he did. More
Wonderful Experience I looked at a lot of different types of cars for a year before I decided on a Kia Optima. Even though Herb Chambers Kia in Burlington was not as close I looked at a lot of different types of cars for a year before I decided on a Kia Optima. Even though Herb Chambers Kia in Burlington was not as close to my house as other Kia dealerships, I decided to go to them because of their great reputation. I purchased a 2013 Optima in Sept 2013, working with John Francis, who is a stellar and knowledgable salesman, and I would highly recommend to anyone. He made the process enjoyable and easy. To make a long story short, when there was an issue with the vehicle, they ensured that it was resolved to my satisfaction and proved to me why the decision to buy at their dealership was the correct one. I would like to extend my thanks to Jerri Salois, Diego Barreto and John Francis for all your assistance! I would recommend any Herb Chambers Dealership for your next car purchase or service. More
I recently purchased a used car from Herb Chambers KIA in Burlington, and had received a letter that there had been a recall on my car, I called to schedule a time to bring it in to be looked at. I spoke wit Burlington, and had received a letter that there had been a recall on my car, I called to schedule a time to bring it in to be looked at. I spoke with Jennifer Nelson over the phone and had told me " come right in we can take care of you right away or if that did not work I could make an appointment that worked best for me. She was very pleasant and friendly. As I did take the appointment to come in right away, I was greeted by Jennifer ( to whom I spoke with on the phone), She had given me all the details about recall and assured that there would be no charge. She went above and beyond to make sure that I was satisfied with the service and just as she had said " It will be about 1 hour to an Hour and a half". It was it took about an hour and the service technicians worked efficiently to stay with in that time frame. HIGHLEY RECOMNDED!!!!! FIVE STARS!!!! More

I bought my car used from a dealer out of state and was amazed to think KIA "hunted" me down for this recall Could have picked 3 dealers closer to my home but chose Herb Chambers cause I trust him & his company. Called and spoke w/ Jennifer Nelsen. I was blown away when she said, "come right in and we'll take care of you, no charge" ! I was greeted w/ a pleasant smile and a friendly directness that I like. Said it would be bout an hour and it was just that. I was offered and happily accepted coffee, fruit and ice cream. (When I had my old car in for service @ another dealership all I got old was tired coffee. Jennifer initiated pleasant conversation and inquiries about my experiences w/ my KIA, showing genuine concern to make sure I was happy w/ my car and ultimately Herb Chamber's service. Delightful banter ensued and I just had a stellar time there. I will go back for services w/ my car if & when the need arises and I'd be happy to do so. Jennifer Nelsen is a real credit to that organization and is THE reason Herb Chamber's has one new satisfied customer. More

Now I was told by Jen at the service I was led to believe that I could have my car detailed when I had hard to remove stains or sap on the exterior. Now I was told by Jen at the service desk that I was misinformed and that is not the service I signed up for and will not be covered. I called simonize Daisy explained she would have this last service coverage. Jen in return spoke rudely to me and told me that my phone call to simonize was “irrelevant” and that she would be paying for my detailing and it would not be covered. I explained to Jen and another gentleman that I drive out of my way to continue my service at Burlington Kia because of that Simonize cleaning I was promised by "Bobbie" and I would not be returning for services in the future. The response I received was "ok". I am not sure what type of customer retention program they have, but it's not effective. I left feeling upset and lied to. More
