I have NEVER been to a car dealership quite like this one. I have to say it is the best experience I have ever had in buying a car. I did NOT feel pressured at all. I have called this dealership to have a recall performed on my vehicle, and a very nice man named Steve answered the phone. I guess they are just getting ready to open (not fully staffed, I guess...) and he on my vehicle, and a very nice man named Steve answered the phone. I guess they are just getting ready to open (not fully staffed, I guess...) and he assured me that I would be getting a call back. I figured, "yeah, sure.." as my past experiences with OTHER dealers were not very helpful. What do you know, I got a call back within a couple of hours from a very friendly voice belonging to Eric- He stated that he was the service manager and they were getting the service staff gathered and trained, as they were to be opening very soon. He assured me that he would contact me THE MINUTE they opened, so I can be the FIRST customer! He asked if this was an emergency, and if my vehicle was running properly (he really seemed to care!). If this is the caliber of service I can expect from just speaking with them on the telephone, I think I have found a new home for service for my family's 2 KIAs!! I also can't wait to see the new dealership! Best of luck to Burlington KIA! Keep this up, and I'll be a regular customer!! More
