Because the car-buying process is the rough equivalent of a root canal, I entered the dealership expecting a soul-crushing experience. I have less than perfect credit and most dealers are wonderful until they see my credit report. At that point the smiles turn to glares and I am treated as a sub-human who is wasting their time. I know I have bad credit, and I don't need someone rubbing it in my face. But the sales staff at Herb Chambers Kia was awesome! They were honest and kind about what I could expect, yet confident they could find the financing I needed. They did exactly that AND at a rate better than I hoped. The vehicle I wanted was not on the lot but they were determined to find one--they had to go all the way to Burlington, Vermont! They did so happily, and I love my new Kia. Without question, time and time again, I will recommend Herb Chambers Kia to anyone looking to purchase a new car!! More
Originally I contacted Steve Keener and discussed cars that I was interested in purchasing. He was most helpful. When I went to the dealership, Steve assigned Leanne Maniscalco to work with me. This dealership has only been open three weeks, yet they have a great team in place. I love my new car and am very happy to have had the sales people at Herb Chambers Kia assist me in the purchase. Leanne was a delight to work with and she was both knowledgeable and gracious. Hoping that when I begin to have service on my vehicle that the Service department matches the Sales department in their level of quality customer service. Great job! More

Having not bought a "New Car" in sometime I was hesitant about what to expect. My wife and I went to a local dealer in NH and test drove a 2011 Kia Sorrento and went through the sit down process and got num about what to expect. I randomly emailed Kia Burlington. Steve responded to my email almost immediately. I called him to discuss numbers I had for competetive reasons and from first impressions his utmost professionalism and customer respect earned my business immediately. There are honest car dealers out there...Steve and Bobby at Kia Burlington. The entire buying process was exceptional and we love our KIA Sorrento. More
Pleased with staff, very friendly, great service. I was unsure about car I picked, and asked for extra test drives... they did not show any hesitation. The staff I dealt with were excellent. There was no pressure, great price, great service. They took care of all my needs and answered my questions. I have called this dealership to have a recall performed on my vehicle, and a very nice man named Steve answered the phone. I guess they are just getting ready to open (not fully staffed, I guess...) and he on my vehicle, and a very nice man named Steve answered the phone. I figured, "yeah, sure.." as my past experiences with OTHER dealers were not very helpful. What do you know, I got a call back within a couple of hours from a very friendly voice belonging to Eric- He stated that he was the service manager and they were getting the service staff gathered and trained, as they were to be opening very soon. He assured me that he would contact me THE MINUTE they opened, so I can be the FIRST customer! He asked if this was an emergency, and if my vehicle was running properly (he really seemed to care!). If this is the caliber of service I can expect from just speaking with them on the telephone, I think I have found a new home for service for my family's 2 KIAs!! I also can't wait to see the new dealership! Best of luck to Burlington KIA! Keep this up, and I'll be a regular customer!! More
