I have never heard of or experienced this type of treatment at a car dealership, EVER! The manager,sales staff, and finance employee's were so unbelievably helpful! They listened to things that I wanted, what financially made sense, and what would make me happy and helped me find the perfect vehicle for me. I am so happy with my new car and the treatment they gave me. If anyone is looking to buy a Kia, or any car for that matter they should definately visit this dealership. Not even sure where or how to start since I loved every part of my experience at Kia of Burlington. The first email I got back from my online inquiry had me hooked. Leanne was the sales person that I was part of my experience at Kia of Burlington. The first email I got back from my online inquiry had me hooked. Leanne was the sales person that I was lucky enough to have help me get my new car purchase started. She was knowledgeable, friendly and understanding of my wants and needs in a car purchase. We first sat down and came up with a great deal on a 2011 Kia Sorento that meet all my needs and I was excited about my new purchase. Before being able to sit down and sign the paperwork, something came up personally and I was not able to make the deal work. Both Leanne and Steve worked so hard for me and it was not easy to walk away from them knowing I could not get into the car I wanted and they worked so hard on for me. After several months passed and I was in a better place to purchase my new car I contacted Leanne and we started all over again, if anything the second time some how got even better then the first. EVERYONE was amazing from start to finish with this purchase!!! Unlike other dealerships I had been too and hated every second of being there, this was different. Leanne and Steve were friendly, understanding, professional and welcoming. I have bought many cars and this was by far the top of my list for best overall experience. When we got to the financing office the amazing experience continued, he got us through the long paperwork process painlessly and we got just what we needed to make the deal perfect! Leanne truly went to work for me as a customer and made me feel like I was her only customer and number one priority. I can not thank her Steve or Bobby enough for making this a perfect experience from start to finish. Thank you for making what everyone usually considers a bad experience just the opposite! Some how they have made this dealership into avoiding all the things people hate about buying a car. I have already told several people in the market to buy a car that they must stop at Kia of Burlington first! Keep up the great work and I will see all of you again soon when I come in for my first oil change. More
We walked in just to get information on the new Kia Sorento and ended up leaving with a new Sorento. Not because we felt pressure: in fact the exact opposite. Leanne was only too happy to provide inf Sorento and ended up leaving with a new Sorento. Not because we felt pressure: in fact the exact opposite. Leanne was only too happy to provide information and offer a test drive but understood we needed some time to consider options. Meanwhile, our 2 children were making noise and honking the horns of every car in the showroom, and the staff there couldn't have been nicer. They also have free apples/waters/TV to keep them occupied/happy while you evaluate your options. We decided we wanted to combine some of the options on a different vehicle. Leanne made it happen and gave us a realistic and accurate price. She further advised of the rebates we could expect and we got a trade in value amount at that time from the manager, Steven Keener. We had such a good experience and were impressed with the car, price and staff, that we decided to buy before we even looked at the CRV or Traverse, as we had planned. Lastly, they didn't forget about us after the car purchase. We needed cross bars for our roof rack and there was an issue obtaining the parts. So Leanne, Steven and Scott all worked together and got it done for us in a timely manner with different parts. Leanne was always on top of things via email and phone and always made sure our time was not wasted, which is rare customer service these days! I cannot recommend her, the dealership or the car (although granted it is only a month or so old) enough. - Jenn H More

They called me throughout the day to let me know exactly what needed to be done and then again when the car was ready. (On time, just as promised.) I am very happy with my choice. More
When my husband and I were shopping for a new minivan our priorities were; price, safety and convenience with the buying process. So, I was looking for a a dealer that would provide honest and clear answers to our questions without the hassle. I phoned many Kia dealers looking for immediate answers to my questions. When I called Herb Chambers and spoke to Leanne, she was not only friendly and patient, but she was the only sales associate I had spoken to that day who informed me of the complete rebates Kia offered. I had called 3 other Kia dealers and none of them told me about all of the rebates or spent the time to answer my questions fully. Further, the base price of the minivan at Herb Chambers was significantly lower than what I was quoted at the other Kia dealers. At that point, my decision was made...my husband and I went to Herb Chambers Kia in Burlington. When we met Leanne face-to-face, the experience just got better. I am very satisfied with my new van and the interactions I had with Leanne at Kia. More

My experience with Herb Chambers Kia of Burlington was extremely satisfying. The process started by receiving a call from the dealer in response to my inquiry. There was slight delay in getting the car registered, so the dealer gave me another car to use while they completed the registration for me. When the car registration was completed, they delivered the car to my house. I consider that to be A+ customer service. Thank you Herb Chambers. More
This is by far the Best dealership and best salesperson to purchase a new car from! Bobby was the most knowledgable sales consultant I have ever done buisness with. Usually you get the old guys that move so slow but he(bobby) was very quick a percise with all of his information it was like he knew what I was going to ask before i ask it which was great. All my concerns went out the window because I knew I was being help properly. He let me know the special offer right away with out me asking for them or going to talk to his manager to get the answer he was very open about the pricing which I thought was very fair and how buying a car should be. I will never buy from another dealership or another sales person unless it is from Bobby at herb chamber Kia. More
