We had an outstanding experience purchasing a new 2011 Kia Sedona. We had test driven several other cars in several other places, so when we went to Kia Burlington, we were wary of what we might encounte Kia Sedona. Our time was very tight, and he arranged for convenient times to drive q couple of Sedonas, and was extremely knowledgeable about the line and how it compared to other minivans we had already test-driven. He actually listened to what we were looking for, and found us precisely the vehicle with the features and the price we were searching for. He accommodated our busy schedule in getting us through the buying process, and took care of all the details to make it easy and enjoyable. The finance manager was Chris Behrendsen, he was very helpful, helping to find us an even better rate than he quoted, and to choose the right additional protections we needed for our particular situation. I have gone two 2 dealers, lots of negotiations but deal was not done. I was about to give up buying a new car.
