I bought my car used from a dealer out of state and was amazed to think KIA "hunted" me down for this recall Could have picked 3 dealers closer to my home but chose Herb Chambers cause I trust him & his company. Called and spoke w/ Jennifer Nelsen. I was blown away when she said, "come right in and we'll take care of you, no charge" ! I was greeted w/ a pleasant smile and a friendly directness that I like. Said it would be bout an hour and it was just that. I was offered and happily accepted coffee, fruit and ice cream. (When I had my old car in for service @ another dealership all I got old was tired coffee. Jennifer initiated pleasant conversation and inquiries about my experiences w/ my KIA, showing genuine concern to make sure I was happy w/ my car and ultimately Herb Chamber's service. Delightful banter ensued and I just had a stellar time there. I will go back for services w/ my car if & when the need arises and I'd be happy to do so. Jennifer Nelsen is a real credit to that organization and is THE reason Herb Chamber's has one new satisfied customer. More

I was able to purchase a new Sportage and I did not have to endure a bunch of 'nickel and diming' back and forths. I visited 4 other Kia dealers in the Greater Lowell, Nashua areas and none were willing to move off their prices, either for the List or for the value of a trade in....Chambers was willing to listen and come up with sensible numbers....do your homework on trade ins and new car prices, then get a fair price in your mind for what you truely can afford and go to Chambers first. More

I recently purchased a 2014 Kia Sorento from Kia of Burlington. Working with julian Aguirre was the best car buying experience i could of had. He is a very professional and knowledgable salesman. He was very extensive in his knowledge of the Kia product. He showed me all the different types of models and the difference between each year. He helped me come to a decision that would fit best for my 7 month old daughter and I. He helped me fit the baby seat in each vehicle and showed me the Sorento that worked best for the price and compatibility I was looking for. Julian took his time to make sure he carefully went over each aspect of the vehicle. He also informed me of the positive aspects of having cloth seating and shaded windows in the back for the baby. He took his time to make sure I was completely comfortable with the decision i had made. He introduced me to the service manager and showed me around the service bays to see where the Sorento would be cleaned and fixed if necessary in the future. Julian is a pleasant and knowledgable salesman that is a true asset to the herb Chambers team and I was lucky to have worked with him. I went into Herb Chambers somewhat skeptical after having been to several other Kia dealerships in the area. Those fears were completely unfounded after having met Jude. He was by far the most friendly, know been to several other Kia dealerships in the area. Those fears were completely unfounded after having met Jude. I was a bit of a difficult customer, I changed my mind last minute and had some financing issues but Jude stayed with me and helped make the experience pleasant; I really can't say enough good things about him, if you're in the market for a Kia go see Jude. Now I was told by Jen at the service desk that I was misinformed and that is not the service I signed up for and will not be covered. I called simonize Daisy explained she would have this last service coverage. Jen in return spoke rudely to me and told me that my phone call to simonize was “irrelevant” and that she would be paying for my detailing and it would not be covered. I explained to Jen and another gentleman that I drive out of my way to continue my service at Burlington Kia because of that Simonize cleaning I was promised by "Bobbie" and I would not be returning for services in the future. The response I received was "ok". I am not sure what type of customer retention program they have, but it's not effective. I left feeling upset and lied to. More
