I talked to my dad and we decided to start shopping at the Kia dealership in Burlington because of its closeness to our house and luckily for us it was the only stop we had to make. I heard horror stories from friends and family members in the last few days about the negative experiences they encountered while car shopping but thanks to the amazing staff especially Bob Lucas the worries I had going in were unfounded. We arrived at the dealership and had just started looking around when Bob introduced himself and offered to help us out. I recently graduated college and told him we were looking for something that was pre-owned and in my price-range. He showed us all the options in the system and told us of a pre-owned Toyota Corolla that was in a neighboring lot, he explained the history of the car, as well as all of the features he asked if we wanted to do a test drive which we agreed too. As I drove the car I could tell it was a car that was taken care of because it ran like a new car. As we returned from the test drive I knew that the first car that I drove was the car that I wanted, however Bob allowed my dad and I to talk it over which we decided it was a great car. When we discussed everything with Bob he didn't intimidate or pressure into anything it was like talking to a friend or family member who only had our best interests. Everything from there only got better, between figuring out finances to the pick-up of the car was outstanding, I never felt pressure towards any decision I had to make, and everybody had my best interests. As I picked up my car I was greeted by Bob who filled my gas tank, cleaned the outside and inside of the car and made sure everything was perfect before I took it home. I can't thank the entire staff for their kindness and patience with me, but I particularly want to say that the interactions my dad and I had with Bob Lucas was amazing, he told us after we bought the car that he treats his clients like he would his children when it comes to buying a car an you can tell. I was never pressured into any decisions, he was incredibly knowledgeable about the details of the car, he was willing to help us find the best deal available. As I told those who told me their horror stories they were delighted to hear how easy and wonderful it was dealing with Bob and that they never heard of such a positive experience. If anybody is looking for a new or pre-owned car I recommend going to Herb Chambers Kia of Burlington between the amazing selection and the service you won't need to look anywhere else. I just want to thank you to everyone at the dealership for helping me find my first official car, especially to Bob Lucas who made it a great experience! More

After careful consideration for the past couple of months, I decided to obtain a Kia Optima. I did some research and found Herb Chambers Kia of Burlington to be a dealership of great value (This is be months, I decided to obtain a Kia Optima. My communication with them started with a simple inquiry through their web site. They replied immediately via email (per my request) with answers to the questions I had. I decided at this point to call with additional questions and again, I got a quick and confident response. Casually (and obviously), I was invited down the dealership to check out some vehicles that I might be interested in. This was another indication of what was to be a great experience; they were very easy going and the opposite of that stereo-typical pushy salesman. It was awesome. I went down to check out the car(s) I was interested in and was directed to Bob Lucas (I must also add that the receptionist and sales management team were very professional and friendly when I first walked in). Bob Lucas is an amazing guy. He was welcoming, friendly, funny and extremely knowledgeable amongst other great qualities. He explained everything I was interested in in great detail beyond what I could possibly know without having dug' deep into the functionality of the car for weeks on end. After I locked into a decision, it was time for the acquisition. Bob and Herb Chambers were Very generous with my current car's trade-in value. They worked with me to make the car and current trade in create a cost that was within my budget. This all took place on a Saturday so I would, now, wait until Monday to drive home in my new car. Sunday went by very slow as I had a lot of anticipation and excitement going on. First thing Monday morning, Bob called me to let me know the plan and time frame for when it will be ready. As promised, the car was ready for me to take home when he said it would be. I am extremely satisfied and love my new car. I'd recommend anyone to test drive a Kia and to do it through Herb Chambers! After purchase of the car there was a small problem with something as small as the glove box and antenna and he immediately made it his priority to make sure that I was taking care of and the car was repaired. Knowing what I do now, I wouldn't of gone anywhere else. I have had the car for a couple months now and love it! I purchased the 2014 Kia Optima EX last month. I had an afternoon off from work and decided to take a ride up to the dealership. I had purchased my 2012 Optima EX here and it had just turned 40K for milea afternoon off from work and decided to take a ride up to the dealership. I had purchased my 2012 Optima EX here and it had just turned 40K for mileage. I wanted to see what my trade in value would be. I spoke to the Sales manager Al who was fantastic and he eventually set me up with Julian. I told them my dilemma regarding keeping the 2012, which was almost paid off or purchasing a new vehicle. They were fantastic and had great knowledge of the Optima. I came back the second time and test drove the 2014 with Julian, he then took me to the other location to look at different colors that were available. We discussed price and I told them I would be back in touch within a couple of weeks. Julian called me a couple of time to check in on my decision. He did not pressure me at all. I had gone to two other Kia dealerships during that time. I had discussed my dilemma with them and told them I would be in touch with them. They continuously hounded me to make a decision because the month was coming to a close. I had made my decision to purchase, I called Julian, he had given me a great price on the trade in and a very competitive price on the new vehicle. I decided to go with him because of his professionalism, knowledge and ability to deal with a person who wasn't really sure if he wanted to buy a car at that time. I recently came to herb chambers kia in search of leasing a car. I dealt with Julian, he listened to everything I had to say and he tried to get me a lease but had no luck with that. I plan on coming back to this dealer because they made my experience very warm and welcoming and no PRESSURE. More
I recently purchased a used car from Herb Chambers KIA in Burlington, and had received a letter that there had been a recall on my car, I called to schedule a time to bring it in to be looked at. I spoke with Jennifer Nelson over the phone and had told me " come right in we can take care of you right away or if that did not work I could make an appointment that worked best for me. She was very pleasant and friendly. As I did take the appointment to come in right away, I was greeted by Jennifer ( to whom I spoke with on the phone), She had given me all the details about recall and assured that there would be no charge. She went above and beyond to make sure that I was satisfied with the service and just as she had said " It will be about 1 hour to an Hour and a half". It was it took about an hour and the service technicians worked efficiently to stay with in that time frame. HIGHLEY RECOMNDED!!!!! FIVE STARS!!!! More
