Happy Car Buyer I had been looking for a Kia Cadenza. Went to a Kia dealer in Medford and was given a price to go along with my trade in. Then went to Chambers Kia a I had been looking for a Kia Cadenza. Went to a Kia dealer in Medford and was given a price to go along with my trade in. Then went to Chambers Kia and met salesperson Jude Kasekamp. We spent an hour together in which I took a test ride. Jude gave me a price $400. lower than Medford Kia dealer. I said I wanted to try one other Kia dealer. Jude said what would it take for me to buy that Cadenza today. I said take another $1,000. off. Jude got up and said I will be right back and he was back in less than a minute . He said " it's a deal". I was not expecting that and I had one other thing I had to attend to and that was showing the Cadenza to my finance who was at the Wayside Mall. Jude said take the car and I did and showed her the car at the Wayside Mall. She loved it - I loved it. I bought it. Juda and I agreed on the price at 4:30and at 8:30 I drove the car off the lot. I am 70 years old and have bought many cars over the years but this was the easiest car purchase I have ever made. Also Jude K. was the best car person I have ever dealt with. He was sincere, courteous, not at all pushy, and knew the product. Jude told me if I ever needed info. on how to use the technology in the Cadenza to either bring the car in so he could advise me or call him . And I won't hesitate to because I know he means it. One other thing I have had the Cadenza for one month and there is no doubt in my mind this is the best car I have ever owned. Truly a beautiful car in every way. I am very happy with the way I was treated at Chambers Kia. More

My great experience at KIA Burlington I was getting ready to end my lease on a 2012 Subaru, and started looking at other models. I went to York Ford, Lannon Chevrolet, and started asking q I was getting ready to end my lease on a 2012 Subaru, and started looking at other models. I went to York Ford, Lannon Chevrolet, and started asking questions. I found both sales reps there to be somewhat unenthusiastic , especially when I told them I had 7 months left on my lease. I did some homework on line looking at various makes of cars. The next day I was called by a very pleasant and knowledgable KIA of Burlington internet sales rep Victoria Nunez. She told me to come in and talk to them about the Optima. I went to Herb Chambers in Burlington. Sales Rep Tom O'Donnell greeted me and I explained my situation. He enthusiastically showed me the KIA Optima and went into great detail about the car and the difference to the Subaru. I told him I was actually interested in ending my lease early but was told by the Lannon sales rep that if I wanted to do that it would cost me an extra $1000 on the downpayment. Tom and I sat at his desk and he started working the numbers. He also had my Subaru appraised. I also told him that I wanted to upgrade to KIA Optima model above the basic KIA LX, I also wanted leather seats. We went back and forth a little and Tom and his manager got the deal to something I could afford and I felt that I had gotten a very good deal. He showed me a car that had everything I wanted, we drove the car to my wifes office in Stoneham and she looked at it Tom explained all the features. She said she was good with that car. Tom and I shook on the deal and drove back to the office and we finished the paperwork. Tom then made some phone calls and helped me make arrangements to keep my Veterans Plates. Tom is a very down to earth, low key sales rep. I really enjoyed dealing with him and felt he was a straight shooter from the , get go. Great experience all around. Love the Car! More

It would have been great had there not been some slight confusion as to who the manager was at the beginning of the visit. Very personable and efficient manager, in Senee O'Connell. New salesman Alex very friendly and relaxed during the test drive. Herb Sochat took us through everything financial and the add ons with ease. Julian Aguirre is exceptional in his ability to walk you through the initial introduction to the car's "how to" list. Everything about driving it and using the controls was explained extremely well in a short and organized period of time. He's a tremendous asset to this dealership. More

J We have purchased 4 Kia's total in the last 3 years. 3 have been from John Francis at Kia of Burlington (Forte. Sorento and the latest 2015 Optima). John is so helpful, professional and not pushy. Other dealers have given us the run around if they knew we weren't going to buy that day and John has never done this. His customer service is awesome and we will never go anywhere else including service/maintenance. He gives you as much time and attention as you need and doesn't rush you along the process. The rest of the staff we have dealt with there as well like the financing department has been just as professional as well. More

He worked with me along with all of my questions, concerns, etc and we didn't move on to the next part until i completely understood why every number was what it was. We decided that we would look into leasing because financially it would be easier than purchasing two cars. We began to shop around and after visiting a few other dealerships and not finding what we were looking for in the price range that we had, a friend recommended that we visit Kia. We decided to give it a shot, and couldn't be more happy with our decision to visit Kia of Burlington. Bob Lucas listened to everything that we had to say and was able to work with the finance guys to keep everything in the price range we had set and they were able to come up with a great deal for two new 2015 Kia Sorentos. Everyone else we crossed path withs during our time at Kia were also great and always offered a friendly hello! I'm beginning to think about looking into getting a new car for myself and when the time comes, Kia of Burlington will be the first place that I go!
