I needed service on my 2013 G37 convertible, the top was not working. Per online info from others with the same problem, I was expecting a bill of $1000-2000, but I did not want to buy a new car, so I made not working. Per online info from others with the same problem, I was expecting a bill of $1000-2000, but I did not want to buy a new car, so I made the appointment. The dealer offered me a loaner car, which I expected would mean a cheap rental type car model, but they let me take a brand-new Infinity! They took the time to listen to exactly the problem I was having with the car, took the car on Friday afternoon, and by Monday afternoon, they let me know it was fixed, all for the initial diagnostic fee ($199). Needless to say, I was overjoyed to have avoided that potential big bill. They were very professional and very accommodating. More
