Fran is always extremely helpful, patient, knowledgeable, explains everything well, and is a pleasure to work with. Matt is excellent too. Service itself was fine but the communication was 100% lacking. Had a 9:30am appointment for which I showed exactly on time. Don’t hear a word after I sit down in the waiting area. At 12:30 the car is don lacking. Had a 9:30am appointment for which I showed exactly on time. Don’t hear a word after I sit down in the waiting area. At 12:30 the car is done. I say to the service tech, that three hours seemed a long time for a simple service - his response was we were delayed this morning and didn’t anyone come update you - which they didn’t. Communication is critical and they failed to communicate at all. More
