Service was easy to schedule, courtesy car was available and waiting when I arrived. I was kept informed of the progress. Ferdy and the service team made the process seamless. I was greeted immediately and everything was explained in detail. A video explanation was sent while I waited and I enjoyed a hot drink with a snack. I was greeted immediately and everything was explained in detail. A video explanation was sent while I waited and I enjoyed a hot drink with a snack. This day was unusual because I was thinking of trading in my QX80 for a smaller QX50 for my wife. Stiwar, Ali, Max, and Mark helped make it happen.
