I had my car inspected , had the carfax run on my current car and discussed some leasing options and new cars. Even though I live on the "Auto Mile", I still drive from Norwood to Westborough to have my FX serviced. After many awful eperiences with other local Infiniti dealerships, I was recommended by a friend to try Herb Chambers Infiniti of Westborough. So I did, and boy was I glad I did. Even though there are other dealerships in my area that are closer I refuse to deal with the run around which I have often got at other dearlers. As a driver who has to service her car every 3 months I know that when I bring it to Westborough I am in and out with no problems or excuses. They are fast, knowledgeable, and reasonably priced.Carrie Hoffman who I often ask for when making my appointments is awesome, she always accommodates me. Upon my last visit I spoke with there GM Pranav Gill about possibly trading in my FX for the newer model. Carrie and David in the Service Dept. went out of their way to provide a professional, friendly and accommodating luxury experience for us. Unless something very major happens, this dealership and brand will be ours for a long time to come. Very nice...and refreshing. More

Avoid this dealer and Dave the Service Manager at all costs. They have given me nothing but problems with my 2007 Infiniti G35x that needed a brand new engine at 62K and a major vibration issue that they costs. They have given me nothing but problems with my 2007 Infiniti G35x that needed a brand new engine at 62K and a major vibration issue that they won't look into anymore because they have already spent too much money on my vehicle. Dave has lied to me a number of times about loaner vehicles and said to Consumer Affairs that he wont look into car anymore due to the fact that i don't have the same brand tires that came on the car. Are you kidding me? So they are blaming my Yokohama tires for the issue when he told me that the tires aren't the issue. Lied directly to my face. Please be warned about this rude service manager. He will throw you for a loop just to save money. I will never buy another Infiniti again because of this dealership. More
