Service itself was fine but the communication was 100% lacking. Had a 9:30am appointment for which I showed exactly on time. Don’t hear a word after I sit down in the waiting area. I say to the service tech, that three hours seemed a long time for a simple service - his response was we were delayed this morning and didn’t anyone come update you - which they didn’t.
