The showroom and entire facility is immaculate and spacious and all staff were extremely friendly and helpful without being pushy. Christian Urraca is a fine salesman and Herb Chambers is lucky to have him as a member of their team. He was helpful in the selection of the car I wanted and located exactly the car (Q40) and color that I wanted on their lot. He completed the paperwork quickly and was very communicative through email and telephone which was a huge help as I live about forty minutes away from the dealership. Delivery was perfect; when I showed up at the dealership the car was out front waiting for me, and Christian took the time to go through the details and features of the car. Anthony Fortes the finance manager was also very helpful and took the time to explain the leasing terms in depth and available options to add to the lease. He did so in a friendly manner and had a great sense of humor which is huge in my book. The paperwork process in the dealership with Christian and Anthony took all of about an hour. Loving my 2013 G37xs I was looking for a clean late model Infiniti G37x sedan with the sport package (which includes the best seats I've ever had in any car). Herb Chambe I was looking for a clean late model Infiniti G37x sedan with the sport package (which includes the best seats I've ever had in any car). Herb Chambers Infiniti in Westboro had the best selection of late-model certified cars, all with very low mileage. I quickly found a black 2013 model with only 24,000 miles and decided to buy it on the spot. Let me state up front that I'm a car guy, and that I've had several Porsches and Audis, but I've always been just crazy about the G37x. It has a great chassis, a potent V6, and an interior that fits me like a glove. The seats are adjustable 12 ways and provide excellent support for my lousy back. They're quite a value when compared to the Audi A4/S4 and BMW 3 series. The build quality is amazing, and the structure feels as sturdy as any German car. The ride is firm yet supple, and they remain unperturbed on rough roads. I wish I'd done this earlier in this horrific winter, because these cars are tanks in the snow. But I'm glad I bought this car and I've been very happy with my purchase. My salesman, Jeff Hanson, was very helpful and even delivered the car to my door when I had a logistics problem in getting to the dealership to pick it up. More
