Overall I had a great experience at herbe chambers infiniti of westborough. I called a day before to tell them which car I wanted (I had already made up my mind at this point) and when I got there the infiniti of westborough. I called a day before to tell them which car I wanted (I had already made up my mind at this point) and when I got there the next day it was waiting for me in the parking lot. I went in and was greeted by Anthony who assured me I would be taken care of. And I certainly was. I ended up buying the car that day and was assured that any scratches would be taken care of as well as the small rip in the seat, before I came to pick it up. They did miss the small rip in the seat but Anthony made sure that I would have an appointment to fix it with no charge. When I went to get the rip fixed I also mentioned that the car was pulling to the left. They took care of the rip but when I got the car back it was still pulling to the left on the highway. I told Anthony and he promptly let me know that they were going to send a loaner car out to me (I live an hour away so the drive is slightly annoying) and they would pick my car up to fix it. This was done in a timely fashion which made me very happy. Working with Anthony was great, especially for a first time buyer like me. He was very professional and concerned that I was getting proper service not only from him but from other employees as well. More

Before heading to Herb Chambers Infinity in Westborough my fiancee and I had already purchased and returned a "lemon" from another dealership who came highly recommended from coworkers and neighbors. Follo my fiancee and I had already purchased and returned a "lemon" from another dealership who came highly recommended from coworkers and neighbors. Following trying to work with the dealership for three months to get the safety issues and other problems resolved and having driven the car mainly to and from the garage for repairs during that time, we began our "new car" search again feeling frustrated, and very cautious. We wanted to make sure that we did not end up with another problem vehicle, and were concerned about having to work with difficult sales people who believed that in buying a used car you were simply lucky that it was running. We did a lot of research before heading out this time. We made appointments only after knowing all about the kind of car we wanted, checking the ratings of several local dealerships, as well as the car fax, and ratings on the cars available at those dealerships for the vehicles we were interested in. We looked at several cars in other local dealerships before ending up at Herb Chambers. Many of the cars that we looked at were dirty or had obvious mechanical issues (one sounded like a train when we took it for a test drive, one smelled so moldy it gave us a head ache). The staff at these dealerships were less than professional (one sales employee was outside the office sitting on a bench screaming, literally screaming until he was red in the face, obscenities into his cell phone as we got out of our vehicle with our two young children.) and less than enthusiastic about selling anything to us, one place had not even made sure that the cars that we were coming to see were available or on the lot, despite assuring us the day before that they would be. When questioned about the condition of the cars, or their issues the standard reply was " I don't know, but you expect some issues with used cars in this price range" or "yaa when you buy it we will check it over and fix any noises, but you have to buy it first". We were uphalled and feeling daunted. I walked into Herb Chambers already feeling defensive and stressed. I knew which cars I wanted to look at, what I was looking for and how much I was going to be able to spend. I did not want any more hassle. I wanted to see the cars I came in for. Drive them. and buy one if I liked it, I had no more patience or energy. That is when I met Anthony Carlino. We went to his office and I told him what I was looking for I told him that I had called the day before to make sure that the KIA Rondo that I wanted to drive was available that I had checked the price and was ready to test drive it . He realized right away how stressed out I was, and I mentioned some of our previous experiences. He assured me that this dealership was not like the others that I had been to. He assured me that he would personally make sure that we were taken care of and satisfied with any car that we purchased. We went for a test drive and he patiently waited for me to check over the whole car, with the checklist that I had brought to make sure that I did not miss anything. The test drive we went on allowed me to hear everything that I needed to checking for sounds on both left and right turns, the breaks, the acceleration, going over rough road as well as smooth to make sure there was nothing loose and no rattling. When we got back he left me in the parking lot so that I could finish my "inspection" and went in his office to give me time without feeling rushed. When I went in to talk to him about making the purchase (I loved the car!!!!) there was no hassle about the price, it just was the price that was listed plus the paper work fee. There were no exorbitant fees (one dealership told me I would pay in addition to the price of the car $550 in "paperwork fees" ). My car would be registered, insured, and have an inspection sticker on it before I even picked it up. :) Anthony was/ is friendly, patient, and very professional. He made us feel comfortable and confident in making a purchase from Herb Chambers. Even though the car we purchased was a used car, and we practically had to count our pennies to afford it he treated and continues to treat us with the same level of customer service, and respect, and to give us the same VIP treatment that one would only expect when buying something new and very high priced. He went above and beyond to make sure that we received the car when he had told us that it would be ready, even though doing so was difficult due to circumstances beyond his control. After we purchased the car we noticed a problem with one of the door locks and he took care of the problem with the service department as soon as possible coming out to personally make sure it was taken care of, and following up with us to make sure that we were satisfied. I recommend Anthony Carlino to anyone that that is looking for a car. I will certainly be returning to Herb Chambers the next time we need to purchase a vehicle. More
I purchased an SUV from Sunny about a year ago and recently got in an accident that totaled my truck. Safety wise, I could not have asked for more from my JX35, After some thought on perhaps "starting new" with a different brand car, I came to the decision that "I loved my JX35 before the accident and I still love it, even after the accident!" I went back to Herb Chambers Infiniti of Westborough to find my truck. Sunny was not there the day we went in, but John C. came right over to greet us. A nice, familiar face, John helped my sister buy an Infiniti a few years prior. John got right down to business with James B, in getting us in to another JX35 and went above and beyond in customer service! I'm never one to boast about customer service because in this day and age, it's a dying service. James B, dealt with Infiniti Corporation directly and quickly, in order to resolve any issues we had, regarding the accident. John C. made the overall purchase a painless act and Sunny made picking up my car (because of time frames, being in a rental, kids etc.) a snap and a pleasure. I never write reviews but I write this one with a happy heart and an honest smile. James, John and Sunny truly came through in helping me through a difficult time and situation. They've humbled me in proving to me that their customers really are their first priorities! I cannot thank them enough for all the dedication and help they've bestowed upon me, all I can do is write a review, spread the word and continue buying my vehicles from them! More

First off, let me start by stating that if you don't at least give Jonathan a chance to find you your dream car then you are already making a mistake. Jonathan was with me every step of the way from the minute I walked into the dealership to the minute I drove off it (both times). I was actually one of the customers that took advantage of the Herb Chambers 5 day money back policy. I drove off the lot the first time in a 2010 Jeep Wrangler and found out two days later that is wasn't the car for me. That was not an issue for Jonathan. He told me to bring the car back, gave me my full refund on my down payment and gave me my trade in back and continued to help me search for a new car that I would enjoy. Two weeks later after multiple phone calls, visits, and emails, Jonathan and I found the perfect car for me and I could not be happier. What I was really impressed with during this experience is the amount of attention I received from Jonathan. Not only was he emailng and calling from the dealership, he gave me his personal cell phone number and was answering my questions as late at 10/11 at night. He told me that he would go to work for me the very first time I met him and I can honestly say that he did just that. I gave him a list of things I was looking for and he would send me options almost everyday of cars he thought I would enjoy. He takes the time to get to know his client and what they are looking for. Although Jonathan is new to the industry, his professionalism and service makes it seem like he has been doing this for 30 years. This is why I gave Jonathan and Herb Chambers 5 stars and would have no issue recommending him to family, friends, colleagues, and you. I can't picture not using Jonathan for my car purchases in the future. More

Both of my parents bought their Infinities from Anthony Carlino, and when I told them I needed a new car they told me I had to go see him as well. I can now see why, I have never had such an easy and pleasant car buying experience ever. Anthony is one of the few honest salesmen out there. I have never had a salesman not only let me know all of the good and cool things about a car, but he also made sure that I knew all of the things that would make you think twice about buying the car. He didn't sell me a car he helped me buy my car. I ended up getting a Mini Cooper, and he didn't have any on the lot. Anthony made sure I had the Mini I wanted on the lot the next day for me to pick up. I have to say he changed the way I look at buying cars, I no longer dread the trip to the dealership. Because he was so honest and upfront with both myself and my parents I would not hesitate to go buy a car from him on my own. I also can not leave out Anthony Fortes in the Financing department. He worked his magic and got me the best rate avaible. Anthony came in and apologized to me because it was taking so long, he wasn't happy with the rates I was getting and he was determined that he could do better. I was a little more complicated of a deal because I wanted a Mini Cooper and not and Infinity, and they did not have any on the lot. Anthony made sure to not only let me know the pros of buying a Mini but he also let me know the cons as well. Once I found the car I wanted he worked very hard to get it to me the next day. I have never had a car salesman help make sure the car I wanted was actually the right car for me. Anthony didn't just sell me a car, but he helped my buy my car. Anthony Carlino was not the only person that worked hard to get me the best deal on my Mini, but Anthony Fortes worked his magic with the financing and got me the best rate possible. He apologized that it was taking so long but he was happy with the rates he was getting, he was determined that he could do better and he did!!!!!!!!!!!!! I can't say enough about those two, but I will not be dreading the next time I have to buy a car. I will definitely be calling Anthony!!! More

There has been no other person that has single handedly dispelled the "plaid car salesman" persona than Anthony Carlino. He continually goes out of his way to make sure we are satisfied and enjoy our vehicles purchases long after the sale is complete. We never feel like we are part of the quota to be met. Our experience of Anthony is genuine and down to earth, and that is what we look for in a sales person. In fact we would consider Anthony not only our sales consultant but a true friend. Your automobile company as well as Herb Chambers is verly lucky to have him as an employee. I certainly hope you take good care of him, otherwise we would have to buy our vehicles from (gasp!) those other luxury car companies. In all seriousness, we come to Infiniti, and purchase vehicles, because of Anthony Carlino. More
