I’m rating this as a 5 star as I feel I was given the utmost curtesy. However I would just like to add that had I been advised of what type of issues I would/could incur if I didn’t have the 12 volt batt utmost curtesy. However I would just like to add that had I been advised of what type of issues I would/could incur if I didn’t have the 12 volt battery done by an Infiniti dealer I would have had the battery replaced from the beginning so I wouldn’t have had to return a 2nd time.
