I had a great experience with Westborough Infiniti. I had to get my car serviced through them and while I was there, John Aliperta, consulted with me on their current inventory. The service department was gr to get my car serviced through them and while I was there, John Aliperta, consulted with me on their current inventory. The service department was great and gave me good advice, I felt they were men of integrity and I could put my trust in their recommendations, a quality I cherish in mechanics. After a couple months, I maintained contact with John Aliperta and used their website to browse their inventory. I loved that Herb Chambers was very willing to transport cars over for us to view from other lots. They even responded to our inquiries at night via chat, and text. The follow-up was incredible. When we found the cars we liked, we were able to book an appointment within two days. John was great, I felt at home with him and he kept my family entertained, not an easy take with my four year old in tow. I ended up buying a gorgeous used Infiniti QX60, that they transformed into an even more beautiful car after the service department finished with it. Even the finance manager, Brian, was wonderful. Their used car manager, Max, was very informative, responsive and professional, and he gave us an incredible trade in value for our current car.
