We sell and service new and pre-owned vehicles to the Worcester, Framingham & Metro West areas of Boston and are geographically the western-most INFINITI retailer in the state of Massachusetts. I'm Giving Ferdi an A+ however the young women I made the appointment with over the phone an F. Abrupt and not pleasant. When I asked if I could wait for the car, she said no they could not guarantee it didn appointment with over the phone an F. Abrupt and not pleasant. Dealership didn't honor the warranty for a failed car battery used only 32 months. This was an 84 month battery recommended and installed by them. Very disappointed. It seems every time I bring my Infinti in for servicing, they do an inspection and pronounce the car in good health with green ratings across the boa It seems every time I bring my Infinti in for servicing, they do an inspection and pronounce the car in good health with green ratings across the board. Within weeks to months, something else major needs to be replaced. It’s not like my battery or drive belts went from green to red in a month!! Why couldn’t they have detected these issues on their prior review? More
