We sell and service new and pre-owned vehicles to the Worcester, Framingham & Metro West areas of Boston and are geographically the western-most INFINITI retailer in the state of Massachusetts. My overall experience with Herb Chambers Infiniti was good. I would come here again. There were a few issues. I was told the whole process should take about two hours, maybe a little longer. I was there good. I would come here again. There were a few issues. I was told the whole process should take about two hours, maybe a little longer. I was there four and a half hours. Also, when I test drove the Q50 on Tuesday the map was not working and one of the key fobs was not working. I was told both of these items would be taken care of before I picked up the car on Friday. Neither item was fixed. Lastly when they did the state inspection, after four hours, I was told to go wait in the waiting room and they would come get me as soon as the inspection was done. I waited and waited, finally went out to the service bay myself where I found my car ready to go. But no one told me. So I still am happy with the price, the financing and the car and would come again in the future, but found the three issues detailed above a bit stressful. More
