The car buying experience was made a smoother process by the concientious work of our finance person and the general manager, Pranav Gill, who did not remain in his office but offered his assistance and casual conversation. We felt we were offered a fair price on our trade-in and our new vehicle and are happy were our decision. We also appreciated the understanding of the need to shop and test drive with small children and that that can hamper the process. My six year old is particularly grateful for his new Infiniti puppy, Elliot. We would definately reccomend Herb Chambers to others. More

I wanted to purchase my new Infiniti from Jim because he was so helpful and the dealership is 4 miles from my home. The new car price was competitive. Unfortuantely, the price I was offered for my trade in was lower than the trade-in price I received from another dealership. So I purchased the car elsewhere.
