Terry has listened to any problem that I have had with my M35X. He took a personal interest to make sure any situation that troubled me was followed through. I had an oil leak on my garage floor. My floor mat was not tied down to the post and it slipped and pressed on the gas pedal. He researched this problem and I found out that on the mat (not clearly printed) You are not to put the mat over the original cover but to take off the original mat during the winter months. His research and advise to me was very valuable to save me the sudden accelation. I now make sure the post is secure. There is not a single service problem that goes unnoticed by Terry. I now have over 15000 miltes on my Infinity and am looking forward to have many more with the help of Terry More
I have to say I came to Herb Chambers Infinit with a tall order. I wanted to find a high quality certified vehicle with a full set of extra features, and fit those requirements into a strict budget. I was greeted by Anthony Carlino not long after arriving and we quickly got down to the details of my search. Anthony was very upfront with me: balancing my expectations versus the available inventory, he admitted would be a challenge. Finding the kind of car I was looking for within my budgeted range would not be simple. However, that did not deter him from digging in. He asked me thoughtful questions about what I wanted in my new car, what was most important to me. He gave me his perspective on the true value in the Infiniti vechicles in which I had expressed an interest. I had done my homework and Anthony's take often corresponded with what I had learned online. While there were several options in the immediate inventory that were very nice and in my budget, I still wanted to search further. Anthony was very supportive of this and we looked to be as creative as possible to find the right car for me. We teamed-up with the Pre-Owned Sales Manager, James Teague, and explained my goals. James quickly absorbed those details and came up with a plan to help me find the right vechicle. While the combination of features and price point was aggressive he set out to find something that fit. He contacted fellow dealerships and attended auto auctions looking for vechicles that were a match. Amazingly, within a week he had found a couple good matches. After close inspection, I was still of the mind to keep searching. I even had the encouragement of James and Anthony who knew they could find better. I was a typical difficult customer many would say, but I never got that vibe from anyone at Herb Chambers. James and Anthony kept at it, contacting me regularly to keep me informed of what they were looking at and asking for my feedback. I am happy to say the patience and hard work paid off this week when I purchased a '08 G35xS. Perfect blend of year, condition, features, warranty, and price point. I could not be happier with the outcome and the experience of working with two proffessionals. Even better, they were very personable and fun guys to spend time with during a somwhat lengthy process (because of my stubborn criteria for a new car). My advice: Do your homework. Determine exactly what you what in an Infiniti and what matters most. Then, walk into Herb Chambers Infiniti Westboro and ask for Anthony and James. They will find the right car for you that will make you feel good about your purchase. More
I contacted Herb Chambers after seeing an internet ad for a 2010 G37X. Daniel Benefito immediately set up an appointment for the next day, so I would not have to wait around for a salesperson. When I arrived at the dealership I was greeted by a friendly receptionist who immediately let Daniel know that I had arrived. Daniel then introduced me to Tom Rossetti, my salesperson. Tom was very helpful in explaining all of the G37's features, and then suggested I test drive the vehicle. After the test drive we got down to business and talked numbers. After some very pleasant negotiations we arrived at a mutually agreeable number. This was truly a win win situation. I now have a car that I love, and Herb Chambers earned my business. I was very impressed with everyone's professionalism and focus on customer satisfaction. In fact Tom and Stu ensured that I was able to drive my new G37X home that very same day. More
Never anticipated writing a positive review about a car dealership or a car sales associate but.....here it is. I have managed customer service organizations for several large international corporation dealership or a car sales associate but.....here it is. I have managed customer service organizations for several large international corporations. I know quality customer service when I see it, and particularly when I experience it. I have also bought many cars in my life but only 2 from new car dealerships because the car sales process always turned me away. Yesterday, I bought a pristine, low milage, Infinity G37 Sport Coupe and it was actually a pleasant experience. Anthony Carlino and James Teague were great. It was the best car buying experience of my lifetime. I visited the Herb Chambers showroom a couple of times over the past year with no specific plans to buy another car. There was never any pressure or annoying, persistent calls. Last week I stopped to look at the new convertable and while talking to the sales associate, James Teague stopped to join the conversation. We "talked cars" in general and I told them I had two six-year-old cars I really liked (an Infinity G35 sedan and a Mazda RX-8) and it was difficult to find one that combined the best of both. James said that if I was interested in finding that car, he could probably help. Again, no pressure and no talk of new car vs. pre-owned; just talk of something that might meet my needs. James introduced me to Anthony Carlino. That was good news and bad news. Good news: he was friendly, pleasant, and very knowledgeable about cars; bad news: he was ..."a car salesman"; the great news: he never played the sales games. Anthony took time to talk about the things I liked about a personal car. Together we explored the internet and found a car of interest at another Herb Chambers dealership. Anthony arranged for the car to be transferred to Westborough for a test drive and James, himself, drove the car to Westborough. I loved the car. There was less than 10 minutes of reasonable discussion/negotiation to arrive at what we all agreed was a fair price". Then a handshake and it was a done deal. My thanks to Anthony, James and Herb Chambers Infinity. P.S. While walking around the building after my test drive, the service manager walked out of his office, introduced himself and asked if there was any help he could provide. Somehow I feel my future experiences with the Herb Chambers Infinity Service Department will also be pleasant. More
I was comparing crossovers. Mazda CX-7, Volvo XC60, Audi Q, BMW X, and Infiniti EX35. I had driven all except the infiniti and was hesitant for two reasons. One was that I was "scared" I would love it and did not think I could afford it:) The other is that I had been to a few other Herb Chamber's owned dealerships a while back for other brands and my experience was awful. But on a whim I stopped by last week..And am SO glad I did. The minute I walked in the vibe was great. The layout. The cleanliness. The wide open space. The lighting. But above all the Cars:) My sales associate Anthony Carlino did what very few in the industry have the reputation for doing. He treated me with respect:) He was friendly without being saccharin or "salesy." And he did exactly what you want someone to do. He showed the car and knew everything about it..And was passionate about his job. You could tell he loved cars and people and was really a credit to the entire dealership. He was never pushy or in my face. I test drove and went home to think about it and research prices and reviews online. No pressure. Four days later I went in with the price I wanted to pay.(which I secretly felt was amazing:)) We ended up agreeing to within like $500 dollars of where I wanted to be. There was one back and forth with the sales mgr..and thats it:) And there was also the other department trying to sell me lojack and coatings and service plans...That's their job I guess. But it was all respecfully and at times humorously done. And i never felt pressured:) Less than three hours later I was driving home in a loaded infiniti EX 35 for less than the inferior Volvo. Less than the overpriced german cars. And for almost the same cost as a Mazda. I am glad I did not settle for less and this dealership made it happen. Regardless of your experiences with other Chambers dealerships...Trust me. This place is wonderfully different. Oh and it got better. I went back a couple days later to get my inspection sticker...The guy in the service department was impeccably dressed. The garage and bays were immaculate. The tech took 5 minutes to talk to me about general maintenance and infinti history. Free wifi. Refreshments. My toddler daughter got a kick out of the place too:) So really what else can you want? An amazing car at a fair price. And people who put the customer first! Thanks Anthony and best wishes Infiniti of Westboro! More

He was warm, outgoing, friendly, caring, and funny. He even let me drive home his car for the day as I was making up my mind on a purchase. And when mgt and I could not come to a wise financial resolution for either party there were no hard feelings and everyone was just as friendly as when we started. I even got a thank you letter for my visit from the GM Prenav Gill and an email from their internet manager Daniel Benefito. I'm probably going to stop by to just say hello and chat the next time I'm in the area...that's how much I liked all of these super professional and friendly gentlemen! More

I had just come for the Nissan dealership across the street when I walked into the beautiful showroom of Infiniti of Westborough. I was immediately greeted by the friendly face of Anthony Carlino. It took the time to walk us around the dealership and praise all of the people who worked there and there dedication to their jobs. I was immediately impressed! Working with Anthony on the purchase my car was actually a very fun experience for me. There were plently of laughs and joking (also with Paul Martineau) but they were both very professional and offered me nothing but the best of service. I felt that I got a very fair price for the car I purchased and for my trade in. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking for an Infiniti. More

It took me for a while to finalize the car purchasing process, and James and Paul helped me to get through it with their professional assistance. James answered all of my questions promptly and Paul set the deal in good direction. Most of all, I felt no pressure and real comfortable to talk to James and Paul. It was the best car purchasing experience so far, and I recommend to make a visit to one who is planning for a car purchasing near future. More
