Westborough Infiniti was by far the lowest offer, they went even lower when a couple other dealers agreed to meet their offer. The purchasing experience was very comfortable as they didn't try to sell me lots of expensive bells and whistles that aren't needed. They simply informed me of the options but let me decide what I wanted without any pressure. Overall the friendly staff and incredible pricing make this a dealer I will definitely buy my next Infiniti from! I was originally introduced to Herb Chambers Infiniti via the internet. I read a lot of information about the Infiniti car line via independent sources and was impressed with the ratings and reviews. I received several friendly responses from Dan in the Internet Sales area of Herb Chambers. I was interested in the G37x. I was also looking at other cars outside the Infiniti line because I felt I would not be able to afford such features and luxury on my budget. I decided to test drive the vehicle. Visiting the Herb Chambers Infiniti dealership is quite an experience. The facilities are very impressive and you are greeted instantly by friendly helpful staff. Again, this lead me to believe that I simply would not be able to afford the type of service and amenities that I felt were reserved for Mercedes, BMW and Lexus owners. I was met by Anthony Carlino, the sales person assigned after my initial service via internet sales. Anthony was extremely friendly and very helpful. He explained that he knew I was there to see the G37x, but he was convinced I'd prefer the EX35. He was right. It was exactly the car I was looking for. I liked sedans for the sporty feel but preferred crossovers because of the ease of use with children. This vehicle had it all - sportiness, luxury, power, and all of the benefits of a crossover. Anthony spent several hours reviewing cars, negotiating terms and answering any questions I had. I had my 3 year old daughter with me the entire time and the dealership was gracious and helpful in keeping her entertained. They were fair and receptive to my counter offers and I was able to negotiate an aggressive deal that made me feel very comfortable. Given their willingness to work with me and answer all of my questions. I actually felt comfortable accepting an offer on the same day I saw the car. On the day I picked up my car, I had several questions, and in some cases concerns. Anthony and the sales manager - Paul Martineau spent a lot of time with me working through all of my concerns and questions in a candid and professional manner. I was impressed with their sincerity and understanding. I feel over the time I have this car, I will only grow to appreciate and value this dealership more. I already love my car and am so pleased I was able to afford such a safe and luxurious vehicle. It is worth every penny. The Service Center has a great drop off area where you pull right inside to get the service manager to write up the service. It was raining heavily so that was a great feature. The waiting area has WIFI and is very comfortable. The staff seemed over worked and could have used a couple more people. I was able to use a coupon from another dealership and Infiniti of Westborough matched the pricing. They left a Kit Kat bar in the cup holder along with my keys. Nice touch and my kids loved the candy! More
