And WOW, buying from Herb Cha Hello, My name is Joe Viola. I would like to let you know that I just bought a new car at the Infiniti-Westborough. And WOW, buying from Herb Chambers Infiniti-Westborough was the best thing I could have done. This is a long story but I will try to keep it short. I bought a g37 sedan from the Infiniti-Westborough dealership about 3 weeks ago. First off the dealership itself is beautiful and elegant, kind of like a jewelry store for automobiles. Pranav Gil and the salesman Jess, I forgot his last name, were both great, professional and very helpful. And I walked out happy. But soon after, I regretted getting the sedan as I am more of a coupe type person. So I decided to trade in the sedan for the coupe. So I went to the Norwood Infiniti as it was closer to my house. And I was very shocked and disappointed at how different the car buying experience was between Herb Chambers dealership and that of Norwood. Norwood was horrible, they promised things they couldn't deliver, their salesperson was not knowledgeable of the car and its options, and the list goes on. They made me feel like they were doing me a favor by letting me trade in the car that I just bought. I felt like a second class customer and I was not treated very well. So I decided to go back to Herb Chambers Infiniti-Westborough location. And I am so glad I did. Pranav welcomed me back again with kindness and professionalism. Pranav introduced me to salesman Anthony Carlino, who was beyond outstanding. I can't say enough about Anthony, he spent a whole day with me getting the deal done and he was very empathetic to my situation. Anthony knew the car inside and out. His confidence was comforting and infectious. Overall, Anthony went above and beyond his job description to not only close the "deal" but he also made me feel like a top rated customer, who won the day. And even after a day, he checked in to see how I was doing. I know I failed at making this short but I was so impressed with the Herb Chambers Westborough Infiniti that I just wanted to let you everyone know they can trust and believe in Herb Chambers and his excellent staff. My wife and I had the pleasure of buying a new Infinity EX, something we have wanted to do for a while. We had purchased a new 2008 Honda Accord and at the time had rolled over our upside down payment fro EX, something we have wanted to do for a while. We had purchased a new 2008 Honda Accord and at the time had rolled over our upside down payment from our previous vehicle. We didn't think it would be possible for us to upgrade to the infinity, but the attention and determination by Anthony Carlino made our dream become a reality. Without his help and attention to our needs we would not be driving our new Infinity. Not only did he understand our financial needs but he structured our loan to make it happen! Everyone at the dealership made our experience very positive and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend this dealership and Anthony Carlino to anyone! More

I cal Thank you Herb Chambers for Anthony Carlino!! Last week, I did not have a great experience with the Herb Chambers of Boston or Burlington. I called both dealerships to discuss two cars I found on the Internet. I told the sales people I spoke with I was interested in test driving these vehicles. The first person I spoke to in Boston said that car I wanted was in Burlington. He offered to have the car brought to Boston for a test drive. He would call me right back..I never heard back from this guy so I called Burlington myself to find out what was going on with this car. After reaching the wrong Herb Chambers in Burlington I was given the number to the dealership who had the car. I asked this sales person about this car. He said I will look into this and call you back. I never heard back 2 days go by and I decide to call them back. When I called the Burlington dealer back to say I was interested in coming in to test drive this car he said oh I thought I spoke to you or someone who you were with and I told them the car was sold. Nope wasn’t me BUMMER. I asked him about two others similar vehicles I was interested in, they were available and he would try and get one. After second thought I said I could go directly to Westborough seeing both of the cars were there. He offered to call and have someone call me back from there so I could schedule a time, which he did right away and he even followed up with me later on to make sure I was taken care of properly. I thanked him and I do feel this sales person redeemed himself and this may have been an honest mistake confusing me with another customer…but I am still wondering whatever happened to that sales guy in Boston?? I would like to share a short piece from an article I recently read. “One constant in the business world that this economy hasn't changed is the importance of long-term business relationships. Like a good friend, they are there for you for support and growth. Sometimes this so-called "friendship" is put on hold due to budget cuts, but when the economy swings back up, they are there for you. The important fact to remember is that you must continue to maintain this relationship and not let it drop to the wayside. After all, you just don't drop a friend if they get busy and can't make plans with you for a while.” In my business I deal with a lot of sales people who are vying for my business. The ones I turn to first are the ones I think of as friends…why? I know there is mutual respect, transparency and honesty when I am speaking to them. They will call me back in a timely manner and they will offer me the best product and services for my company needs and within my budget constraints. This Saturday I made a new friend and built a new relationship. And when someone asks me where they should look for a new car I am going to recommend Herb Chambers Infiniti of Westborough and insist they speak to my new friend Anthony Carlino. Thanks and I look forward to picking up my car tonight!! One last thought this isn't your typical dealership either this is a family. The finance guy is great...although he would rather be in Phoenix than Boston! More

Earlier today I traded in my Maxima, and purchased a new G37x from Herb Chambers Inifniti of Westborough. I absolutely love the car. The buying process was smooth, painless, quick and too the point. I was greeted at the door by Anthony Carlino with a warm smile and handshake. On that day, Anthony was being "shadowed" by a new sales associate. After a few minutes, it became clear why Anthony was selected to train this new employees. Anthony is a consummate professional. He conducted a very professional and detailed walkaround tour of the car, demonstrating all the features of the car. The process of negotiating a price went smoothly. We were able to arrive at a very fair price for the new car and my trade in. Of course there was some back and forth, but Anthony, and the General Sales Manager Paul, both dealt with my professionally, with respect for my time. Stu Green, their businss and financing manager, was also a pleasure to deal with. Stu got me a very competitive loan rate, and walked me through the process of transferring tags, and signing all the paperwork. The facilities are brand new, and the showroom and service waiting areas are immaculate. I would definitely refer friends and family to Anthony at Herb Chambers. David B More

My sales associate, Anthony Carlino is without a doubt, the most professional, courteous and knowledgeable sales person I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with when purchasing a vehicle. He has truly gone "above and beyond" to assure me that my buying experience was as enjoyable as possible. He takes his job very seriously and he truly cares for the customer. Buying a car can be a very agonizing experience that I know we've all gone through from time to time, but the Herb Chambers family of dealerships and Anthony Carlino do take the "pain" out of the process and make you walk away with a true feeling of enjoyment and satisfaction.
