The minute my father and I walked into Herb Chambers Infiniti of Westborough we knew we had walked into the right dealership to test drive and ultimately lease a G37x Sedan. We were greeted by the General Sales Manager Pat Bradley who paired us up with a sales consultant named Andrew Smalley. Andrew walked us through the benefits of the G37 over competitor automobiles, showed all the features of the G37 and then took us for a test drive. I was well prepared to drive a first-class automobile! From there, Andrew asked a series of questions to establish a time line for buying the vehicle, our concerns with the current vehicles we owned (a 1994 J30 Infiniti and a leased 2008 Honda Accord with some body damage), and with the help of Pat Bradley we were sold on leasing the G37 and selling both the J30 and the Honda Accord to him, alleviating the issue of what to do with those automobiles. The next day we signed a lease agreement and the following day picked up a 2011 G37x. Andrew Smalley is the most conscientious sales consultant I have worked with in buying or leasing a car. At each stage of the transaction, from the test drive to driving the automobile off the lot, Andrew explained what needed to be done and he did most of the work making our part in leasing the G37x a breeze. I made my first visit to Herb Chambers to look at a 2011 EX35 as a possible replacement for a 2006 FX. I got a good vibe from the place as I was immediately welcomed and quickly assisted by Priya. The dealership had a model on the lot equipped exactly as I wanted it, and I was able to test drive that vehicle. I hadn't really planned to make a deal that day, I was just going to look, but the process of meeting with the sales manager, going over the offer and taking care of the paperwork was so easy and so fast that I decided to go ahead. Everyone I met was unfailingly helpful and friendly. I never felt any pressure to make a deal, but I feel like they hit the right balance of making me feel like they wanted to do business with me and were eager to have me as a customer. When I returned the next day to pick up the car, it was spotlessly clean in their delivery area and ready to drive off. Priya went over the features of the car with me, programmed the system to recognize my Bluetooth phone, etc. All in all, the process was about as easy and hassle-free as I could imagine. Follow-up by the dealership has been excellent; I have had several phone calls and letters making sure I was happy with the car and with my experience. When you're dealing with cars in this price class, I think you should feel like your business is valuable, and I definitely got that impression at Herb Chambers. More

I was driving past Herb Chambers Infiniti of Westborough and decided to stop in to see what they had for pre-owned G35X's. After discussing what I was looking for out in the parking lot with John I had the sense that something was different. It was! There was no pressure, only friendly, courteous employees. I had no intention on purchasing a vehicle that day and I didn't want to feel like I had to. They had a number of certified pre-owned cars right in the price range I was looking for and I will definitely be returning when the time is right.
