Most importantly the dealership was respectful; especially Anthony who was sensitive to a couple of personal commitments that I had and rushed a few things to get me out of there fast and exactly when I needed to be somewhere else. I didn't get the sense that I was being sold a car; more that I was being introduced to a new car buying or ownership experience. I must be honest in that we had not intention of getting a vehicle from Herb Chambers Infiniti due to a past bad experience. Out interntion was to go there to get a price on the 2011 QX56 and use that at a a vehicle from Herb Chambers Infiniti due to a past bad experience. Out interntion was to go there to get a price on the 2011 QX56 and use that at another dealership. However things changed for us right from the beginning of our experience. We were welcomed as we walked in the door and taken care of right away. This was nice but still did not change our minds about out intentions until we met our Salesman Anthony Carlino. He was extremly nice, helpful and straight forward. He was excellent at customer service and he made us realize in our own minds that the dealership had completely turned itself around from when they first opened. The dealership did their part with the pricing as they came in at a great price. We are now very happy that we went to Herb Chambers Infiniti that we were taken care of by Anthony Carlino and of course with our 2011 QX56!!!! More

This car exceeded my expectations and will for a long time. I am really inspired by the way the car drove and handled in the deep snow and ice that I was asked to drive upon. It ripped right through like driving through soft butter. This car has guts! I can't wait to take it for a long drive. I never thought I would be compelled to look at another brand of car ... my oldest son encouraged me to check out the Infiniti before getting another Acura. At first I was unsure about use of the on board navigation and electronics, however he was able to easily explain the system in a way that made me feel immediately more comfortable with the car.
