I had a very pleasant experience shopping for a new car at the Herb Chambers Infiniti at Westboro. Anthony Carlino, the sales rep, exhibited great passion and knowledge about the car I was buying (G37x). at the Herb Chambers Infiniti at Westboro. Anthony Carlino, the sales rep, exhibited great passion and knowledge about the car I was buying (G37x). He would make anyone at ease in the show room, I'll bet. He tried to help every step of the way making the sale process as less painful as one could possibly imagine. Very friendly and most importantly very honest. He said (and did, too) that he'd look straight at ones eyes and tell the person all the truth about the cars he's selling. With Infiniti, of course, this may be easy to do because it is possibly the most reliable performance sedan in the market. But still he openly expressed the short comings of the car and wanted to voice up to the manufacture for improvement. For example, the G37x doesn't have a fold down back seats like the Audi and BMW. He acknowledged that and has made recommendations to Infiniti to correct that in the future models. Not every sales person does that. Most would just argue the cars he's selling are superior to others. With Anthony, he lets the facts speak for themselves. The G37x is awesome: powerful, great handling, excellent brakes, good safety features and records, all-wheel drive, etc. It's got it all. I am very pleased with the vehicle. The trim is slim and low and sporty. The premium package pretty much has everything an average person could wish for for a performance sedan. Everyone in the showroom was friendly. They'd greet you with a smile every time when you cross path. That makes you feel good and at home. Why would you not give them the business? The one thing I wish they'd do but didn't was to provide a complimentary lunch. The sales process took a little longer than normal because the car with the features I wanted was not available. By the time I went thru the last document was well over 2pm, and I was hungry. Though there were munches in the vending machine, I'd rather have something more substantial. Perhaps this something Mr. Chambers could do in the future, that if a deal is agreed during lunch hour, order a lunch box for the customer. This $20 will make a lot of returning customers. My wife and I live in Eastern Connecticut and had been looking at new Infiniti’s at a dealership in Hartford. They treated us ok on our visit, but they had a limited selection of 2010 G37’s and did not h looking at new Infiniti’s at a dealership in Hartford. They treated us ok on our visit, but they had a limited selection of 2010 G37’s and did not have the color combination we were looking for in stock. We did some research on-line and saw that the Herb Chambers dealer about 50 miles away from our home had what we were looking for. Upon arrival at the dealership we were greeted by Anthony Carlino and made to feel extremely welcome. He immediately showed us around the bright clean showroom pointing out the restrooms, where to get coffee and water, and where the TV was in case we wanted to check in on the Pats. Everyone at the dealership was extremely professional and truly concerned about our comfort and needs. He then sat and listened to us for a few minutes as we told him about the purpose of our visit. It was nice to have a car salesmen listen to your needs and then try to find the best option for you, and not necessarily for the dealership. He politely asked if he could provide us with a thorough walk through of the car , features, options, etc. He spent a good 15-20 minutes going through the car in the showroom. We then took a ride in the car he drives and he showed us all of the features in action. The overall process took almost two hours as we were able to ask any and all questions, try things out and have all of our concerns addressed. NOT the typical “what do I have to do to put you in this car today”. Throughout the negotiation process we were treated with respect and ended up making what I consider a very fair deal. They took care of all of the registration and paper work in Connecticut and would even deliver the car to my doorstep 50 miles away if I wanted them too. The experience was a study in great customer service - from the greeting by the receptionist to the final handshake with Anthony Carlino. The facility is beautiful and spotless - yes, even the service area. Anthony is extremely knowledgeable, professional and personable and very good at what he does - no wonder all the awards. This was a very unique experience for me and I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone interested in a new or previously-owned vehicle. And I would absolutely tell people to ask for Anthony! More

Herb Chambers has the most impressive service area I have ever seen. That being said, I was confused that the service representative named Ashley Shannon who processed my car for its 36K service kept asking ever seen. That being said, I was confused that the service representative named Ashley Shannon who processed my car for its 36K service kept asking me, "Who are you?" or "Is your name Cindy?". Now if the place was real busy I would say, cut Ashley some slack but there was only one other person in the Service Waiting Area at 10:00 AM and she was of a another gender. I called before I arrived to pick-up my G37X and once again she did not remember who I was and then handed me the keys to another persons Infiniti. She said she was tied and I let it slide, but it was very strange situation. She actually was a nice person, but a little mixed up. The dealership gave me a Enterprise Rental Car which I thought was great seeing where I originally was just going to get my oil changed, but elected to get my 36K service at 26K (All the Infiniti loaner cars were already out with other customers). I had to wait for 20-minutes to get picked up by Enterprise Rental and it took 30-minutes to process the rental contract, but hey getting a loaner car is still a great deal. The price was higher than I was originally quoted and the cashier told me, "Well that's the price it says on the paper" and I reviewed it and it seemed labor was added to the standard service and that drove up the price (I guess). In the end it was 6:30 PM and I needed to get to another appointment so I paid the bill. The work the dealership performed was well done and the car was washed and vacuumed when I picked it up. I normally have a better service check-in experience at Herb Chambers Infiniti and today was just an off day for the staff. The main thing is the car was brought in for service work and that was performed properly. Overall I would recommend the service at the dealership. After DealerRater Post: I was called by the GM of Herb Chambers Infiniti of Westborough named, Pranav Gill. He was very apologetic about the issues with my visit. He informed me that he had corrected the double billing on my Mass Inspection Sticker and provided me with a discount for the service cost. I informed him that I had positive experiences most of the time and that this particular visit was a little less than I had come to expect from his dealership. I thought he should be aware of the issues, so they could make corrections. Obviously, Pranav Gill and Herb Chambers cares about their reputation and the level of service provided. A sign of a well managed dealership. I did edit my ratings to a higher value as a result of the corrective actions taken to correct the issues. More

The Sales Consultant, Justin Desjardins was extremely knowledgeable about the performance of the G35x Infiniti. He accompanied me on a test drive on both the highway and local streets. He showed a high level of patience with me; since I usually do not make a decision to buy a car on the same day. The General Sales Manager, Pat and Finance Manager, Mike were very helpful in offering me the various finance options. I traveled from Ct. to Ma. on a Thursday; called Justin on a Friday; and picked up the car on Saturday morning. Justin was able to successfuly make the purchase of a car a happy experience. More
