Had my 2008 G37s brought in for an Oil change and some maintance work. At the same time, I had curbed my rimms a while back, and my car was a bit of a mess. I had this dealership perform all my warr maintance work. At the same time, I had curbed my rimms a while back, and my car was a bit of a mess. I had this dealership perform all my warranty work, as well as perform some maintance and I had them detail the car, and I took advantage of an oppertunity to have my rimms sandblasted and redone. When I got my car back, it looked brand new. Daniel was actually unhappy with the Rim work and had it done a second time, which says alot about the dealership and the service rep. I also had the venture shield, that was peeling and asked that they just remove it since it didn't look good. Daniel acutally had venture shield replace all the parts that didn't look good at no expense to me. I would highly recommend Daniel, and I have had nothing but exception service from this dealership. They treat you like you are one of their most important customers, and the key to this whole review, is I bought the car at another dealership. I know where I will buy my next Infinit, and it will be @ Herb Chambers Infiniti in westborough. I will have my cars serviced here from now on, as they were so much better then the very dealership I bought the car from. A+ - Brad More

Have not had car serviced yet so could not rate "quality of work", but was impressed by the efficiency of the sales process and the hospitality during it.
