We sell and service new and pre-owned vehicles to the Worcester, Framingham & Metro West areas of Boston and are geographically the western-most INFINITI retailer in the state of Massachusetts. I was looking for a very specific 2009 G37 AWD Coupe that did not exist in inventory in New England. Paul Martineau went the extra step and found the exact car I wanted at a NJ dealer. Since I work out of st did not exist in inventory in New England. Paul Martineau went the extra step and found the exact car I wanted at a NJ dealer. Since I work out of state during the week, we had to negotiate everything during the week by e-mail and phone to closed the deal sight unseen. When that car became unavailable Paul found another in CT. We were able to close the deal in one week via long distance during the July price incentives. I have the car I want at the right price, the right trade in value and the right financing rate. Anthony Carlino went out of his way to help Paul and I close the deal during the dealer's month end rush and then help prep the car at delivery. Other dealers invited me to visit knowing they did not have my dream car in there inventory. I recommend Herb Chamber Westborough since they were able to make a complex deal work out for me. PS: I love this car! More

This dealership is the definition of customer service, I was so impressed the way the sales staff maintained such a professional yet friendly domineer. My entire experience with Herb Chambers Infiniti of Westborough has been first rate. My wife and I dropped in on the 4th of July to test drive a G37x coupe and although we initially didn't plan on buy Westborough has been first rate. My wife and I dropped in on the 4th of July to test drive a G37x coupe and although we initially didn't plan on buying that day, they made it so easy that we couldn't pass it up. A few hours later we were home with the G37x (they had what we wanted on the lot) and they picked up our trade-in from our home. Everyone was personable and professional. Clearly a class operation with high standards. I'm looking forward to a great relationship over my ownership of this fantastic car. I recommend that you consider them if you are interested in an Infiniti. More

struck a fair deal with above board and gentlemanly negotiations, dealer located car of my choice from another dealer within a few business days. the actual negotiations to strike the deal took only 2 negotiations, dealer located car of my choice from another dealer within a few business days. the actual negotiations to strike the deal took only 2 days to close. the delivery of the car was on a friday late afternoon and the service team and sales team stayed late to ensure everything was perfect. the dealer is a new infiniti dealer but part of the herb chambers family. my wife recently bought a lexus at herb chambers in sharon and had the same good experience. i would recommend visiting and buying a car at this dealer.
