My lease was soon to be up on a Mercury Milan and my husband and I took a Saturday to just go looking around - Mercury - Honda, etc. Just as we were about to pass Infiniti, he pulled into the lot. I waited in the car figuring he would be back in a few minutes. He came and got me to look at the Infiniti G25. I absolutely fell in love with it. Our salesperson, Ryan Hachey asked if I wanted to take it for a test drive. I did and loved it! He ran the numbers and the lease payment was very affordable. Ryan was a great person to deal with. I picked up the car today and also met Ryan's manager. I forgot his name, but he was extremely friendly and I would return to this dealership in a heartbeat! More

I went to Herb Chambers Westborough where I purchased the fx35 I was driving. After walking around for 15 minutes and not being asked if I needed help I was upset and leaving. After apologizing to me for not being helped and making sure I knew my business was important to them we sat down to talk about the m37x I was interested in. Within 10 minutes he told me what they could do. I called the next day and told him what I was offered by another dealership. Pat told me to come down and they would beat that deal. When I got there Pat brought me to Anthony Carlino and told me he would be taking care of me and that he would treat me right. He wasn't lying. Anthony couldn't have made it any easier for me. He brought me in his office and was very professional but made me feel as though we knew each other for years. He was very thorough and explained everything he was doing and made sure I understood why. He helped make what started out to be a bad experience into a great one. John was helpful in providing a test drive and knowledgeble about the products. I was undecided between a M35X and a G37X Coupe. He was patient and courteous.
