Went there after dealing with sales manager about trading in my vehicle for an even swap for one on the lot. Gave manager pictures,vin# and complete description. Told me many times it was"totally reasonable.I told him I live an hour and a half away and do not want to waste my time if we are not in the ballpark. assured me it was"totally reasonable for an even swap.Mind you my car was in mint cond.one owner,low miles etc.Get to the dealer they see my trade in and agree it is in mint cond Then I test drive the car on the lot and it is filthy not even detailed- steering wheel was wheat colored but this was black from hand grime(this is a 2010 model),sales guy says oh it should have been cleaned I don't know why it was not done,Made me feel previous owner never took a bath! Car drove good,sales guy was great and helpfull car just needed a good cleaning,we get back and then they start telling me they need to get pricing.Mind you I bought my trade in car from herb chambers new and gave them all info days ahead of time.no homework done there! They then tell me there is a $14,000 gap! Are you kidding me! I made it clear what I was looking for well before I went there and was assured it was reasonable.I even offered $5K to make it happen as I was tired of the process and needed a bigger car for my family. Sorry- I was told "we need to get pricing from our other dealership" Then I had asked them to inspect my car before I got there and after all this nonsense and I am leaving they tell me it was not inspected because"my rear plate was not refelective enough" Are you kidding! Well a total loss of a Saturday and $45 of gas for another lesson in life. Great dealer if you have tons of cash and do not mind tossing it to them More

Finance Manager Elizabeth Hook is not only a liar but also a thief. When doing the original finance paperwork for my wifes EX35 lease she outright lied and told my wife she would be penalized for not pur also a thief. When doing the original finance paperwork for my wifes EX35 lease she outright lied and told my wife she would be penalized for not purchasing a service plan. Upon coming home and talking to me she called Ms. Hook back and explained she didn't want to purchase the service plan and was told she could just do the finance paperwork over again when she came in to pick up the car. Before delivery of the car, new finance paperwork was done that did not include the service plan. Of course Ms. Hook "accidently" submitted the wrong paperwork and the first monthly statement price included the service plan. After contacting Ms. Hook and Clyde Brown numerous times we were told it was all set and straightened out. The second statement was received and the payment is still the wrong amount! I understand a finance managers primary job is to make themselves and the dealership money but I never expected to be lied to and treated this badly at an Infiniti dealership. More

Everything about Westborough Infinity is amazing. The showroom is kept as polished as the cars lined up all over the gallery. Professional staff was there to assist me as soon as I arrived. I was the worst type of customer, on a tight schedule, and I already had a car I was planning on purchasing, but I'm really glad I made the trip out there. Andrew Smalley was able to get a great deal for me. He really made the whole car purchase easy, and I would definatly recommend him. He's knew exactly what I needed to get the price I wanted, and just flat out got me a deal I couldn't refuse. The financing department sweetened an already great deal with an awesome rate and exactly what I wanted for my monthly note. I've purchased 7 cars in my life & by far this was the best all around experience at a dealership. Herb Chambers for me from here on out. More
