Overall, a great car purchasing experience. I was shopping at another local dealer in Connecticut for a G37x, but didn't think I was getting the best deal. First their Internet support ---exellent, thorough and extremely responsive. Secondly, Anthony Carlino - white glove service all the way. The payment I was quoted in Hartford, CT was almost double what I'm paying at Herb Chambers --- they took the time to work with me and treated me like a customer should be treated. I will never go back to Harte again. They treated me like I was a bother more than a customer. I was very impressed with my experience at Herb Chambers Infinity of Westborough this week. I stopped in on Monday to start looking at the product, which I researched online, and was introduced to Anthony Infinity of Westborough this week. I stopped in on Monday to start looking at the product, which I researched online, and was introduced to Anthony and his assistant Kyle. I am a person that will not commit to buying a vehicle on my visit to a Dealership. But soon after driving the; EX35, G37X, and the G25X I had discovered that the EX35 was a great fit for me. Anthony did not pressure me into buying the vehicle because he sensed I was not ready yet. He offered me a great trade on my vehicle and a great price on the new EX35. I decided to put a deposit on the vehicle and return within 2 days for my final answer, all with no pressure from Anthony. I stopped in on Tuesday and did all the paperwork to pick up the vehicle on Wednesday. When I arrived on Wednesday I drove the vehicle again with Kyle, who was also great, and I realized there were a couple of options that I ultimately wanted. Anthony had no problem "unwinding" the deal for me, and we started looking for the correct vehicle. Anthony found the vehicle at Herb Chambers in Boston. We did the paperwork for that vehicle and I picked it up last night. I not only had a positive experience, purchasing the vehicle, I actually had a great time.
