We have been working with one of the best sales professionals we have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. His name is Anthony Carlino. We were introduced to Anthony by one of the sales managers. He shook both me and my wife's hands and asked us what features we needed from a new vehicle. After listening to us for 5 or 10 minutes, Anthony told us that both the QX and the up and coming JX would be the vehicles for us to take a look at. At no time did Anthony pressure us on anything: No forms to fill out, no magical credit checks, no I can get you a great deal if you buy at the end of the month and my favorite, no sales managers asking you deal or no deal. After getting the information we needed, Anthony gave us an open invitation to come back at our leisure and take a QX out for a test drive, make sure that it had all of the features we want and most importantly, that it fit in our garage. Mr. Ngo and the repair staff went the extra mile for me -- an overworked, stressed out mother of two -- by cleaning the outside and vaccuming the inside of the car for me. Mr. Ngo also showed me how to unlock all of my doors automatically when the car is placed in park -- a very handy tool for a mom who typically has to put a million things down if I have to open the door for the kids! Anthony didn’t waste my time, he asked the right questions and put together the deal with no hassles. My trade-in value and purchase price were actually revealed to me and not obscured in the financing. During previous purchases at other dealerships, the sales rep disappeared multiple times to confer with the GM in a secret room for 10-15 minutes at a time, only to find that the deal couldn’t be done. With Anthony, the deal was reached and the GM approval took seconds on the speakerphone, no secret meetings. It was refreshing to find a sales person who listens, pays attention to the customers’ needs and provides a stress free and enjoyable car buying experience, not to mention the great snacks. More

We found the car online and being from Southern Rhode Island I wanted to be able to workout a lot of the Herb Chambers in Westborough, Massachusetts. After speaking with Anthony (sales) and Clyde (Manager) we were able to settle on a fair trade price and purchases price of the car. So we made the skeptical drive to Herb Chambers. When we got there and the car was in great shape just as reported and the staff was friendly and accommodating. Anthony jumped into actions! We drove the new car, Clyde looked at our car (trade) and my wife and I waited from them to come back with "bad newsl." We were certain they would change the deal after we were there in person. Anthony and Clyde stood by their word and did everything they said they would do and more! Later in the week a Ned came down the Southern Rhode Island and took care of all the paperwork and registration with our DMV. He even dropped the new registration off at our house. When you pull into an Infiniti Dealership to buy a $11,000 used Nissan Xterra you are not a "money maker" for the dealership. At no time was my wife or myself treated with anything less than stellar A+ costumer service. Anthony let my daughter uses his personal Ipad for entertainment and so on. I really could not talk any higher of my experiences with the team at Herb Chambers. Its worth the drive and they are stand up guys... which is hard to find when buying a car. More

The entire experience was pleasant and comfortable. Anthony was delightful to work with. We were undecided with model and color but Anthony drove us through the lot on that cold day to actually see the choices available.
