Herb Chambers INFINITI of Westborough opened its doors in late April 2009. The dealership was most recently named the Massachusetts INFINITI Dealer of the Year by DealerRater for 2024. We sell and service new and pre-owned vehicles to the Worcester, Framingham & Metro West areas of Boston and are geographically the western-most INFINITI retailer in the state of Massachusetts. Our facility is the only truly purpose-built INFINITI I-Redi facility in the state, and offers amenities such as complete online service appointment scheduling; a beautiful, Wi-Fi equipped service lounge, fresh pastries and coffees, ice cream during the Summer months, and a fleet of 40 complimentary INFINITI loaner vehicles, while your INFINITI is in our care .

We serviced your Infiniti numerous times over the past few months to: align the wheels after you had purchased a new set of tires elsewhere (02/17/11), fully replaced the engine under warranty (04/23/11) and tried numerous times to find a vibration you were feeling that, unfortunately, we weren’t able to replicate (03/03, 07/12 & 07/19/11). We pride ourselves with keeping a clear line of communication open with our customers. As General Manager I tried to reach out to you numerous times via email (07/27/11) and phone/voicemail (07/27, 07/30, 08/02, 08/05 and 08/07/11) to resolve the situation.
