Finance Manager Elizabeth Hook is not only a liar but also a thief. When doing the original finance paperwork for my wifes EX35 lease she outright lied and told my wife she would be penalized for not pur also a thief. When doing the original finance paperwork for my wifes EX35 lease she outright lied and told my wife she would be penalized for not purchasing a service plan. Upon coming home and talking to me she called Ms. Hook back and explained she didn't want to purchase the service plan and was told she could just do the finance paperwork over again when she came in to pick up the car. Before delivery of the car, new finance paperwork was done that did not include the service plan. Of course Ms. Hook "accidently" submitted the wrong paperwork and the first monthly statement price included the service plan. After contacting Ms. Hook and Clyde Brown numerous times we were told it was all set and straightened out. The second statement was received and the payment is still the wrong amount! I understand a finance managers primary job is to make themselves and the dealership money but I never expected to be lied to and treated this badly at an Infiniti dealership. More
Everything about Westborough Infinity is amazing. The showroom is kept as polished as the cars lined up all over the gallery. Professional staff was there to assist me as soon as I arrived. The car I was interested in was right out front cleaned and ready for my inspection. I was the worst type of customer, on a tight schedule, and I already had a car I was planning on purchasing, but I'm really glad I made the trip out there. Andrew Smalley was able to get a great deal for me. He really made the whole car purchase easy, and I would definatly recommend him. He's knew exactly what I needed to get the price I wanted, and just flat out got me a deal I couldn't refuse. The financing department sweetened an already great deal with an awesome rate and exactly what I wanted for my monthly note. I've purchased 7 cars in my life & by far this was the best all around experience at a dealership. Herb Chambers for me from here on out. More
I enjoyed my test drive, and the sales guy I met with. I did like Matt, the sales guy, but it went down hill after we left the dealership. Then, they passed my information on to a Herb Chambers Lexus dealer since I mentioned I was interested in Lexus. The Lexux people sent an email inquiry, called my house, and cell numbers; and at no point was I asked if they could pass my info, and at no point did I give my permission. When I called HC Infiniti and spoke to the manager - his lack of people skills came through immediately. I was upset/annoyed, etc. He wanted to review their sales procedures with me -- I didn't care at that point. He then had the nerve to ask me if I was even interested in a new car. First off, that was irrelevant for that conversation. And YES, I am going to buy a new car, but not from any Herb Chambers dealership. Too bad HC! You lost my business. More

Herb Chambers Infiniti of Westborough stood out as the BEST Infiniti dealer for a number of reasons. 1) Their showroom and service area is by far the mos Chambers Infiniti of Westborough stood out as the BEST Infiniti dealer for a number of reasons. 1) Their showroom and service area is by far the most impressive I have ever seen of ANY dealership. 2) Everyone there was friendly and knowledgeable. 3) They worked hard and as a team to win our business from the beginning. 4) The follow through after the sale was stellar. I would recommend you pay them a visit before you buy your next Infiniti. Well worth the trip. More

In the last 25 years they were purchased new, ranging from chevys, pontiacs, saabs, caddies,jags acuras and infiniti's. I am a very fussy car owner, expecting great, prompt,courteous service. During this time I often had very good service. MY recent visit to herb Chambers Infinity of Westborough (MA), required evaluations and analysis of a number of items expected and/or anticipated on a high millage car that I intend to keep as second car and put a great number of additional miles on. My sport sedan, with all the bells and whistles runs so well, and handles so great that I will be using it for several more years. Repairs that were needed and parts that were ordered came in early the next day and the vehicle was ready sooner than I had anticipated. Both Daniel Brouillard the service consultant and Dave Barry the service manager are outstanding in their ability to provide the best service I have received during my 62 years of owning and/or driving automobiles. I own two (2) Ininiti's, a M35X and G37X Coupe, the M35X was purchased at a competitors dealership and our experience was avergae at best. The G37X Coupe was recently purchased at Herb Chambers and our expe was purchased at a competitors dealership and our experience was avergae at best. The G37X Coupe was recently purchased at Herb Chambers and our experience was exeptional. Our salesman Kevin Millar was extremely knowledgable and worked hard to make us feel like we were his most important customer. His attention to detail throughout the sales process was terrific. General Manager Pranav Gill also provided his personal attention to us during the process to insure that we were totally satisfied with our experience. Their personal efforts and attention made us customers. I look forward to having both of my cars serviced by their dealership in the future. More
