Herb Chambers INFINITI of Westborough

My wife and I purchased a car for Anthony and the team at Herb Chambers in Westborough, Massachusetts. We found the car online and being from Southern Rhode Island I wanted to be able to workout a lot of the Herb Chambers in Westborough, Massachusetts. We found the car online and being from Southern Rhode Island I wanted to be able to workout a lot of the details out over the phone before committing to make the 2 hour drive. After speaking with Anthony (sales) and Clyde (Manager) we were able to settle on a fair trade price and purchases price of the car. So we made the skeptical drive to Herb Chambers. When we got there and the car was in great shape just as reported and the staff was friendly and accommodating. Anthony jumped into actions! We drove the new car, Clyde looked at our car (trade) and my wife and I waited from them to come back with "bad newsl." We were certain they would change the deal after we were there in person. Anthony and Clyde stood by their word and did everything they said they would do and more! Later in the week a Ned came down the Southern Rhode Island and took care of all the paperwork and registration with our DMV. He even dropped the new registration off at our house. When you pull into an Infiniti Dealership to buy a $11,000 used Nissan Xterra you are not a "money maker" for the dealership. At no time was my wife or myself treated with anything less than stellar A+ costumer service. Anthony let my daughter uses his personal Ipad for entertainment and so on. I really could not talk any higher of my experiences with the team at Herb Chambers. Its worth the drive and they are stand up guys... which is hard to find when buying a car. More

The decor is sleek and smooth but not cold or unfriendly. Anthony Carlino was extremely professional and confident. He seemed to know just what we needed. Jen and Clyde were also very helpful. The entire experience was pleasant and comfortable. Anthony was delightful to work with. We were undecided with model and color but Anthony drove us through the lot on that cold day to actually see the choices available. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone and I love my new car!!! More

Went there after dealing with sales manager about trading in my vehicle for an even swap for one on the lot. Gave manager pictures,vin# and complete description. Told me many times it was"totally reasonable.I told him I live an hour and a half away and do not want to waste my time if we are not in the ballpark. assured me it was"totally reasonable for an even swap.Mind you my car was in mint cond.one owner,low miles etc.Get to the dealer they see my trade in and agree it is in mint cond Then I test drive the car on the lot and it is filthy not even detailed- steering wheel was wheat colored but this was black from hand grime(this is a 2010 model),sales guy says oh it should have been cleaned I don't know why it was not done,Made me feel previous owner never took a bath! Car drove good,sales guy was great and helpfull car just needed a good cleaning,we get back and then they start telling me they need to get pricing.Mind you I bought my trade in car from herb chambers new and gave them all info days ahead of time.no homework done there! They then tell me there is a $14,000 gap! Are you kidding me! I made it clear what I was looking for well before I went there and was assured it was reasonable.I even offered $5K to make it happen as I was tired of the process and needed a bigger car for my family. Sorry- I was told "we need to get pricing from our other dealership" Then I had asked them to inspect my car before I got there and after all this nonsense and I am leaving they tell me it was not inspected because"my rear plate was not refelective enough" Are you kidding! Well a total loss of a Saturday and $45 of gas for another lesson in life. Great dealer if you have tons of cash and do not mind tossing it to them More

Anthony did a great job in answering all questions, test driving the infiniti car choices we were considering, explaining all options and making the deal happen.
