Herb Chambers INFINITI of Westborough opened its doors in late April 2009. The dealership was most recently named the Massachusetts INFINITI Dealer of the Year by DealerRater for 2024.
We sell and service new and pre-owned vehicles to the Worcester, Framingham & Metro West areas of Boston and are geographically the western-most INFINITI retailer in the state of Massachusetts. Avoid this dealer and Dave the Service Manager at all costs. They have given me nothing but problems with my 2007 Infiniti G35x that needed a brand new engine at 62K and a major vibration issue that they costs. They have given me nothing but problems with my 2007 Infiniti G35x that needed a brand new engine at 62K and a major vibration issue that they won't look into anymore because they have already spent too much money on my vehicle. Dave has lied to me a number of times about loaner vehicles and said to Consumer Affairs that he wont look into car anymore due to the fact that i don't have the same brand tires that came on the car. Are you kidding me? So they are blaming my Yokohama tires for the issue when he told me that the tires aren't the issue. Lied directly to my face. Please be warned about this rude service manager. He will throw you for a loop just to save money. I will never buy another Infiniti again because of this dealership. More

I used the Consumer Reports "Build and Buy" program to request a price quote on a G37 AWD sedan and was contacted within 30 minutes by the dealership after submitting the request. When I went t program to request a price quote on a G37 AWD sedan and was contacted within 30 minutes by the dealership after submitting the request. When I went to the dealership I was introduced to Anthony Carlino, the sales rep, and he was excellent. I had never used this program before so I was expecting some glitches along the way, but there were none. Anthony honored the price that was quoted in the report and he had a no-pressure approach. When we test drove the car and when we went to pick it up, Anthony took the time to explain all of the features on the car. Everybody we met at the dealership was extremely nice and the facilities are beautiful. We got a great price on a great car, and this was easily the best car buying experience we have ever had. More

Our experience at Infiniti of Westborough was exceptional from start to finish. First of all, the presentation of vehicles on the lot and the overall polish of the property is very inviting. It wasn't long from start to finish. First of all, the presentation of vehicles on the lot and the overall polish of the property is very inviting. It wasn't long before we met John Cantlin, who was superb. John was beyond patient, and he made sure he knew what we wanted before he began educating us on our options. Basically, he listened, which is a skill that many car dealers surprisingly lack. Overall, John was the perfect combination of professional yet personal. Of course, it is also worth mentioning that he sold us a fantastic car at a fantastic price...with no negotiating whatsoever. I would recommend him and the dealership without reservation. More
