This entire dealership from purchase with Anthony to service visits have been way more than satisfactory. 100% exceptional. We just completed one of our regular service intervals. Carrie and David in the Service Dept. went out of their way to provide a professional, friendly and accommodating luxury experience for us. I enjoyed working with Herb Chambers of Westboro because they were efficient and accomodating...I work full time and the only time I had to visit the showroom was in the evening with my whole family...they they were efficient and accomodating...I work full time and the only time I had to visit the showroom was in the evening with my whole family...they were happy to accomodate a time that worked for me and took great care of my husband and I as well as my children. I was really impressed with the short amount of time it took to switch the car over and get all the financing paperwork complete. Henry was very informative of the extra "stuff" i could/should purchase with the vehicle...I ended up purchasing the ding/dent wizzard and (not sure of the name) clear coat that goes on for protection. I came in with my son after my husband's exchange of I came in with my son after my husband's exchange of e-mails with the internet sales manager(David Townsend) who told us he would give us a better I came in with my son after my husband's exchange of e-mails with the internet sales manager(David Townsend) who told us he would give us a better trade in price for my Honda CRV.After several e-mailing exchanges David told my husband I could come in alone(my husband had to work)and he would make sure to give us a better deal than what we had been offered by another dealership. Being from Acton I was hesitant due to the long drive but he had reassured us he would give us a good deal. As I arrived, he shook my hand and introduced me to Ashley( a nice pleasant young woman) who had me test drive an infiniti G25. After about 1 hour and a half a manager showed up to tell me my Honda CRV 2010 was worth $15,000.00 which was not only way below our researched price but also not what had been promised to us. I told him that the internet sales manager had told my husband through e-mail that the trade in price of $20,500 previously offered by the other dealership was too conservative and he would offer us a better deal than that. The manager seemed surprised and he told he was not aware of the e-mails. I then asked him to print them so he could see it for himself. He looked, looked and then told me he couldn't find anything that said that. I had to read all the e-mails to point it out to him. At that point I realized the lack of communication between the management staff.He then said the best he could do was to give me $17,000 for my Honda but that was not what my husband and David Townsend had agreed.David Townsend was never visible during those negotiations.I left very disappointed and I am still waiting to hear back from David Towsend to understand how he can live with himself every single day with all the lies he tells people to just have them come in to the dealership so they can be manipulated. I guess he did his job for the day:He got me in. The rest fell in the hands of the sales department and the management. I would suggest you do your homework very closely before you go in. This dealership does not value your trade in and the internet sales people will promise you anything just to get you in the door. More
